Sooooo glad that Linfield is willing to play a whole game this time around. That way when we beat you, there won't be as many excuses flying around, right? We couldn't be happier with the playoff bracket, who wouldn't love being able to face a team we already beat once this season. Hope your ready  ;)

Oh, look, now he's strutting. What happened? Mosier walked back in the door?

Feel free to do what St. John's does too, print your all-time record with LINFIELD. I believe you have the edge.

It's actually a tie (Cats have beat Cal Lu in 2 of 3 playoff apperances but then there was that 4th Quarter in Thousand Oaks earlier this year).....
Go Cats!

Save your woofing. Just go win the game and shut up these Linfield motherfathers once and for all.

CalCat,

Would that not be a support group comprised of all the mothers and fathers of the coaches and players, maybe even including all the support staff? It must be an "OXYjargon"!

Woofing... Please don't confuse me with the Dawgs ... And as much I would love to shower the Oxy faithful with more jabs on this "season", I will bypass because they are a program I tend to respect, and nothing I can say will amount to the feeling of a losing season.

It did feel great to win with ease over a team that nearly gave me heart conditions two times in the past 5 years at Mt. Clef though. Had that game gone to field goals you might have found me back at the bar.

After talking with the players and coaches Saturday it is clear that while winning conference and making the playoffs again is a great acheivement, they are all looking for more - and are not satisfied. They were in this seat just a year ago, and while beating Linfield at home this year was a big accomplishment, they rememeber the feeling of getting beat in all aspects of their first ever playoff game a year ago in the Catdome.

This... is a simple game. You throw the ball. You hit the ball. You catch the ball.  "There are three types of baseball players: those who make things happen, those who watch it happen, and those who wonder what happened."
