As there's been discussion on this board about CLU developing 4 year players, interesting to see that today their Sophomore QB Livingston completed 12 out of 22 passes for 106 yards, 1 TD,  0 INT, 0 Fumbles.
What happened to the other guy?

MonroviaCat,

Sorry, don't know why CLU QB Cameron Deen didn't play-----my laptop's sound card is kaput, so had the vision only.

According to the CLU recap Cameron Deen did not play due to injury (no other info given)

I chastise LINFIELD and Occidental for charging movie theater prices to watch a Division III sporting event.

At least in a movie theater when something goes wrong with the film you can lobby for your money back from the management. Good luck lobbying either the school or the internet carrier when the picture buffers constantly,
or the sound goes off.

Glad to see Livingston get the start,i would  liked to have seen him win the starting job and start building toward the future.

Both SCIAC night games are closer than I was expecting at the half.
Go Cats!

D O. C.,

You're spot on. It's nonsense that some SCIAC schools have free online video, but others charge for such unreliable delivery.

Mr. Ypsi

IF Chapman beats Redlands, but loses to Cal Lu (and all finish 6-1 in conference), how does your tie-break scenario work out?

Highly speculative this early, but IMO highly possible.

Mr.Y,

Last time this was on the cards was in 2007, and the rule was that the team who had been away from the playoffs for longest duration received the SCIAC automatic bid. So, my assumption for your scenario is that Chapman would go through to playoffs this time.

I agree 100%.  He didn't light up the scoreboard by any stretch but I thought e managed the game well.  He was very smart and really only tossed 1 pass that should never have been thrown.  It helps when the RB's take a lot of pressure off but all Cal Lu can do right now is build towards next year.  I hope this guy gets the nod the rest of the way.

So he was in his dorm room running the offense on Xbox much like my surgeon who performed my radical prostatectomy on a DaVinci robot?

I live in Dallas.  I fall asleep for half the game.  Not worth paying for. :'( >:(

Another improved outing by CMS with score 6-6 at half-time.

For those who didn't see, Stags kicker Matthew Aven kicked a 62-yard field goal to tie the score at 6 heading into the half, tying the D3 record for longest field goal. Here's a link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UV8c638JPUA.

Nice to have a highlight...
