From 2010- 2017, Redlands has the most wins.

From 2001 to 2009, Oxy had 71 wins and 5 league championships, but only 27 wins and nothing since. I can't put my finger on what changed.

Perhaps the Oxy coach should be leading the cheer squad.... Perhaps? I can get with the teamwork an such but putting a growing of relationships over all else, what are ya running a dating site? ... I have an idea coach, how about building a winning program with a desire for excellence, that has a funny way of accomplishing the same result.
Or, you can just give them pom poms and let them run on the field holding hands and making human pyramids with a flyer, that is an experience too...

Those guys used to be known as hard nosed dudes, now I see why the snowflakes wanted the ole coach out.

I can honestly say I am happy I am in the last 25% of my life expectancy....This is how I cope, so sad to watch. Oxy football is just mirroring society, we have failed our youth, no doubt. It all started with participation trophies ( I blame AYSO lol ) and when we took letter grades away from elementary kids because we worried how they would feel.

So old dog, what is your take on CDI at Redlands?

I am a huge believer in diversity, nothing worse than a bigot. I don't know enough about the program to comment directly. I have not had any family members at UR for several years. I am white (wife is mixed)  but my kids married Latino, mixed etc...I spent three years in HS living with a Mexican family due to my family situation, It was great...cried like a baby when I lost my second mom. They taught me a lot. My grand children are the united nations. I spoil them to death. My kids and grandchildren are not snow flakes, but softer than I. I worked two jobs six or seven days a week to get a head in life until I was almost 30. So my answer to problems are not popular.

I am sure my take on how diversity should be achieved such as don't give a farmer food, give him a plow would not be acceptable to many but this is not that kind of forum. BTW the family I lived with, all the kids all went to college and are doing well with no public aid. Parents refused to accept any aid due to being Latino. Parents said they do not need a hand out and not going to teach their kids to do things that way. Maybe a loving two parent household had a lot to do with it.
