Just watched first half of the Redlands versus Chapman game. Redlands will have to play much better to have a chance against The Cru. The QB looks pretty small. I hope he doesn't get hurt against our guys. Seems if he gets flushed, he is errant on his throws. The 3 man front on D did not stop the Chapman running game. UMHB played a tough three man front against HSU and TLU. Not great the first time; much better the second; a third time??? I think Redlands plays well on D and will put up a strong test in the first, but depth and size will wear them down.

42-12 Cru

I love this stuff, Cru....You need to watch the second half and tell me why Chapman struggled the rest of the game. Please watch the D end no longer getting up field and making a natural hole. They corrected the angles up front. The three D linemen were not getting knocked back. Please note we had a backer hurt in the first half on the weak side that is really fast, yes next man up. Please note how the corners sat inside most of the second half. Please note where the inverts were sitting in the second half. Our defense played really poorly for one half and had some mental breakdowns, of course we cant do that again. The WR on toward the end of first half made a great catch and was the difference vs. FG. If MHB makes plays like that yes we will loose and so will every team in America. The game came down a few plays, UR broke down or slipped and CU made a couple clutch plays. It was so frustrating, because how the second half went is how I expected the game to go. CU deserved to win, UR's own fault for a poor first half. Lastly I will never forget running a stretch play on fourth down, never. I hate that play and we run speed option way too much. Sure if they are super aggressive run a speed to slow them down, but not time after time.

I will watch the second half. Just got tired and had to go to bed! 😉
Watch out for the wreckingCRU defense!!

What they heck have you been doing, Madden football?
Sure throw around a great deal of jargon like to inverts, etc.

I love when someone make assumptions. BTW the inverts UR has this year are really good and why you guys could never get the edge.

We will be a whole different MONSTER than Chapman. If coaches take the reigns off and let them eat then it will be a long day for the dogs.

So, let me see if I understand you correctly. You're saying the defending national champions are better than Chapman /s

umhb2001

Does Redlands have a Strength and Conditioning Coach?
Watch out for the wreckingCRU defense!!

At least a point better I think.

So Redlands scores 18 on Chapman. The question becomes, is the Chapman D better or worse than the Cru D?

Redlands are big underdogs, and most teams facing UMHB will be as well. Redlands will need to play a perfect, mistake free game to have a chance. Redlands is a top 20 team for sure, which is the reason we talk add nauseam about the crappiness of being sent to Belton, TX.

If it and buts were candy and nuts every day would be Christmas...LF had their chance this year and it did not work out....why does it bother you all so much you got you rears handed to you all up front. Surely we had our share from the Cats.
