For those of you who don't know, the Inland Empire (the beautiful area where Redlands is located) has a slough Indian Reservations, and many of them have deep pockets due to their casinos.  I don't know much about the Bulldogs motives, but with the amount of funding these tribes provide to the community I would not be surprised if this is turned into a much bigger event promoting Native Americans in the Inland Empire...I am looking forward to it!
Excellent points.  +k from me.

P.S.  Smog is not beautiful. ;)

Gray Fox,

The smog is gross, traffic is horrible, and the heat is Unbearable... at least the campus at the U of R is nice!

The forty-two man roster posted on their web site did not have any California players listed.

Isn't Redlands also known for having some of the least attractive co-eds in the nation ;)

I've seen plenty of uglies across the SCIAC, including ULV.

The funny thing is, some of the Redlands uglies could probably start for ULV football.

:D  Zinger... no.
Truth  -my senior year we only had 6 O-Lineman.... Depth in that department has always been an issue.

Hail to the Orange, Hail to the Green,
Hail to the Leos, FIGHT ULV!!!

Sorry....all in good fun........hopefully this years team will have more depth and be more competitive .  It is always better from a spectators standpoint to see competetive games week in and out.

Bob...you just never let up....I bet you are still mad at your first girlfriend for dumping you.  Don't you have anything better to do with you life than pull up old posts from me?

and............If you are really nice, I'll let you meet her.

When I attended Oxy, some of the girls were known as guys who had studied their balls off in high school.

I don't think La Verne got 'em all. Isn't there someone on here who has a 6'3, 235 lb. daughter who plays for Redlands?

Oh man...that was a pure comedy flashback!  I about fell out of my chair reading some of Dawg's (version 1.0) old rantings about "you know who".

"I talked to his dad at church"  No freaking way!  The church members must have thought Dawg was possessed by a demon the way he was talking to himself in a house of god!

I've already been through this............I fessed up, I apologized and............ I stopped.  Apparently, you two can't and won't.  It's OK.....I understand.

It's a good thing that L.A. has baseball, soccer and arena football to keep people like me sane throughout these long dog days of summer.

BE..........Baseball and Arena football, I understand........but I would think soccer would make one...insane.....or bore one to death...and, summer has just begun!
