Paddymac here.  I am a Redlands fan and a big fan of DIII football.  Geroge Forman the IV looked pretty good Sat nite and the O-Line worked hard.  This years Defense was outstanding in both games played.  Anyhow, hello to all and cant wait for the Chapman game.

Not getting the answer you liked, you labeled me "the enemy within," which is pretty amusing, seeing that I made the trip to Menlo to see the team play. Where were you, by the way? Oh, yeah, over on the NWC board asking cawcdad for a game recap.

I posted Keith McMillan's opinion, which you ignored. Oxy Oswald, who was also at the game, posted his opinion, which you ignored. Unable to sway us to your side of things, and to wrap up the discussion that you started, you told us to shut up:

Geez, you are a touchy sonofabitch.

1.  Where was I?  Hmm . . . while you read my note to cawdad asking for an eyewitness report, you apparently missed by response to scandi about our shared weekend devoted to young ones playing soccer (as the team coach, my commitment to my son and his team takes priority over Oxy).

2.  I didn't ignore Keith's opinion, in fact, I read it way before you posted it.  I think he is spot on.  I even typed a post saying so, though ultimately decided to not post figuring Keith didn't need me to agree with him and I didn't need to pile on what we all know is Oxy's weakness on the national scene.

3.  Didn't mean to pee in your cheerios with the "enemy within" comment, no slight intended, just figured that Oxy gets enough crap about its scheduling from the NWC and Redlands crowd . . . no need to engage in too much self-loathing . . . remember, I'm an uncritical, unthinking booster of all things orange and black.

Too bad Cawcdad, good ole' OxyOswald is in that group of kids, you were oh so close to finding him. You should have come over and joined the Oxy tailgate, we are a welcoming group! The pics are good, and Im glad I managed to slip into a few myself. Hopefully, Oxy is using the bye week to work out some kinks and give those who might be banged up a chance to rest and heal. Although, knowing Coach W, the boys are probably working hard in full pads! And by the way, cant the Oxy faithful just all get along?

I thought they were nice as well. Even better news is that they were selling the old style jerseys for ten bucks at the game. Got a home #63 for me and an away #63 for Lucy.  Would have thought we won the lotto.

The first picture, EODT is the guy all the way to the left of the picture wearing the hat and khaki shorts.  In picture 37 I'm the guy directly above the football wearing an orange shirt with my arm in the air.  And I'm also in the 2nd to last picture (#161) shaking a players hand.
