Danny Jones lost 3 straight to Oxy. Maybe in another life he'll beat the Tigers. As for Redlands, it's up to 4 straight losses and counting, at least for those who are still there.

OxyBob

Yes OB, my son left UR.  He will show up somewhere soon.  Not as bad a thing as 2 divorces....

WC11.....way to go....all that counseling must have paid off. ;)  Or, did you actually get a return call?  It would be a great matchup next year.  I would love to see it.  Great job on the films, you have quite a talent.

Being new to the board and not following this DJ issue very closely.  The first question is why does an Occidental backer care about it?  Then in the same post he mentions Oxy's 3 w's against him.  1 man does not make a team IMHO.
We had a similar but not as high profile situation in the IIAC a senior to be transferred from one IIAC school to another.  A pretty big rival and it caused a stir between those two schools.  Sitting on the outside and having no dog in the fight was interesting to watch the events unfold but to have this amount of sour grapes from a unaffected party is beyond me.

It does appear from today's postings that the SCIAC  may be the only conference in D-3 that wasn't rooting for the Warhawks to topple the King that cold day in December.

OB, wow that really goes with the midol picture, but I digress.  I was going to say that Ring Bologna is actually more of a PA delicacy, I think the cheeseheads stole it.

Sorry OB, my bad, I thought you had two strikes.......I hit a home run with mine.  I dont wish that situation on anyone, not even you.

A fifth straight win over your arch rivals might be sweeter and more iroinic than you think.

KS, you are right about the ring Bologna....tried it fried like my mom used to make it....ugh.

That may be news to the Dutch.  They have a great meat shop in Pella that makes a great ring bologna.

Handed out this past Sunday and now worn by Mr. Danny Jones. Hopefully one day in the future a SCIAC team can proudly declare we are #1 instead of #35 in the country. Before you get your panties all bunched I am only having a little fun.

panties? You must be talking to Oxy fans.

Ya, the thought of this "unfinished business," has got to be keeping him up at night!   ::)  Guess he will just have to be satisfied with being 1-0 against the Raiders!   ;) :D ;D
My first post on this board regarding this subject was in response to you going after Danny!  I did not show up to gloat nor did I tweak the SCIAC.   You seem to have me mixed up with Stealth.  I do have a picture of the God-awful ring as my avitar though so you did get 1 out of 3 right, I guess.  ;)

Who do you think makes it in PA, the PA Dutch, and they were in PA before WI.

I love ring bologna, but you have to get the good stuff, not the cheap grocery store knockoffs.  Find a butcher shop that makes it and it can be real good.

Mr. Ypsi

I recently finished off some ring bologna from a butcher in Frankenmuth (about as German as one can go in Michigan) - great stuff.  I recommend it with sauerkraut.

Knightstalker,
Nice tribute to Healy. Hell of a guitar player and singer. Most don't know him but I was a fan back in the day. Saw him and his 3 piece open for the Rolling Stones. Kinda lost track of him and didn't know he passed until I saw your post.  What happened. ?
Notice the intentional non response to all of the Prozac crowd who blasted me and FootballFan, etc. Must be a slow day in the smog. #1 is still #1.

There's only one way to find out if a man is honest...ask him. If he says 'yes,' you know he is a crook.

LOVE PATRON #9

He took his troubles down to Madame Rue
You know that hooker who is on You Tube
She's got a pad down on Thirty-Fourth and Vine
Sellin' little bodies to Love Patron Number Nine

He told her that he was a flop with chicks
He'd  been this way since 1996
He crossed her palm and she made a magic sign ($)
She asked "What's it you need Love Patron Number Nine?"

She bent down and turned around and gave him a wink
She said "We're gonna make it up right here in the sink"
It smelled like turpentine, it looked like India ink
He held his nose, he closed his eyes, he took a drink

He didn't know if it was day or night
Silda and the kids were out of sight
But when he kissed a cop down on Thirty-Fourth and Vine
He broke the giant ego of Love Patron Number Nine

He held his nose, he closed his eyes, he took a drink

He didn't know if it was day or night
Silda and the kids were out of sight
But when he kissed a cop down on Thirty-Fourth and Vine
He broke the giant ego of Love Patron Number Nine
Love Patron Number Nine
