does anyone have access to the schedules for the upcoming season yet? I see some of the team sites have theirs up already.
I've been checking for weeks.  There was a rumor on the IIAC board that Oxy was dropping L&C to stop OxyBob from complaining.  But, I haven't found many schedules posted yet.

Chapman,Redlands and Pomona have theirs up. Pomona added Puget Sound and Chapman added Whitworth.

It looks like Oxy has been reading your post.

Colorado College replaces L&C.

It has been funny listening to people talk about me or comment about my situation negatively when you have no idea who i am or have no idea why i left. i enjoyed my time at CLU met alot of good people/friends who i am still friends with today and they know why i left. basically i dont care what you say because i dont know you or care about you.  but thanks to all the people who stood up for me when i couldnt stand up for myself and had a bunch of people hiding behind there computers. sweet life guys!
by the way this is danny jones. do you like the screename??

Well if it is him then his post only confirms the criticism he received. Just look at the last sentence in his response. It's all about ME!

Eddie Murphy is my uncle so watch what you say and go wash up.  Oh the liberties you took with the DJ story aren't even worth response it's soooooo 2006. Don't see where I dimished CLU 07 season. I thought that with all the drama of a new head coach, oh yeah the old one left to, why ? and rough start that they played thier hearts out. Much respect to them.  The great thing about OB is that he dishes it out with the best, excludes you, and takes it with the best, excludes you again.
Your quote "but  being #1 is far from the only measure of success in athletics at any level."
glad your not the headcoach. Some game time speech that would make.  ;D Go go out and lose fellas it's alright this is the NFL/NBA/NHL/MLB, USC, UCLA, etc.  and we don't care  So back to sleep it's past your bedtime.

OB still sore about the ring post I see and still yelling from your porch at the neighborhood kids.  :o

I've decided that with the season long behind us it's time to break my self imposed radio silence.

Dear Stealth-
[smack talk]  Thank you for sharing with us how you see OxyBob.  I though you might like to know that this is how I see you (starting at 1:40 on the clip - warning, clip contains blue language).  I think it's extra special that the UWW ring would go well with Eddie's outfit.  [/smack talk]

I am glad UWW won the championship.  It's always nice to have a West Region team win the title.  I am also glad for DJ that he accomplished what he set out to do.  He played very well in the championship game and was clearly one of the missing pieces in the UWW puzzle.  I did find his version of events at CLU (as translated by the game announcers) to be somewhat laughable.  You would never have known that he stuck around all the way through spring ball, and that many of the existing coaches, including the OC, stayed on staff.

You can try as hard as you like to diminish CLU's shared SCIAC championship, but it was a great year to be a CLU fan.  Their accomplishments this year far exceeded most expectations, especially given the injuries and the learning curve that comes with a new system.  National championships are great, and UWW has every reason to savor theirs, but  being #1 is far from the only measure of success in athletics at any level.

It looks like Oxy had to use the infamous Redlands reporter to help get this posted. :P

What, You guys didn't hear the news or get the memo? After playing the panthers year after year, all SCIAC head coaches got togther and unoffically made the apart of the SCIAC. HAhah,  ;D. I think our SID made an honest typo. Unlike our favorite reporter from Redlands, good things she did not run with a story about claiming the the panthers are indeed the 9th team of the SCIAC.

Aw, Oxy isn't playing Lewis & Clark? I'm going to miss the Pioneers. Oxy is 8-0 against Colorado College.

As long as it's not a touchdown pass throwing contest against the Oxy secondary, I'm all for it.

Look, you have a swell team and we're all happy you won. Of course, with an enrollment of 9,179 and a UCLA-like admissions policy (as in Underachieving Children of Lower Abilities) only slightly more rigorous than the local Army recruiting station, you should always be able to put together a swell team.

OxyBob

Haha, i hope this is not the standard of admission over in the Midwest.

Btw, would Tigersports, Bob and the tiger announcing crew be our honorary ring-side announcers for the match. For some odd reason, i have a feeling Shurlock walks away with the victory  ;) (just kidding people)

This has been discussed many times.  My theory is the Cal Tech factor.  The SCIAC does not want to hurt CIT athletics in any way.  Besides, it is an eight team laegue as it is.
