Aint that the truth. The wife might be there as well. My daughter only liked to clap her hands when Whitworth did something good. I wanted to walk her over to the Whitworth side and leave her there. Next thing I know she might be filling out college apps to be an Eagle Rock Homie.

Your little girl likes to cheer for the other team...sounds like she might be headed towards the path of being a USC Song Girl.

She's already too smart at 18 months to go to a loser school like USC.

Adult admission to football games is $5; tickets may be purchased at the gate an hour before kickoff.

Ah, now we know why RFB is dragging his poor, defenseless little daughter to the game --  so he can save five bucks. Cheapskate

From the Thousand Oaks Acorn:

QuoteSheriff's Blotter

Property was stolen from a dorm in the 3200 block of Mountclef Boulevard near the Cal Lutheran University campus between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Sept. 24. In another incident at CLU, a vehicle window was broken and the paint and body were damaged on the first block of Faculty Street. In a third incident, felony vandalism occurred on Sept. 24 or 25 at Thompson Hall, a student residence.

Further investigation revealed that the CLU basketball team had an airtight alibi.

My girlfriend and I are coming to the game. Do you happen to have two extra small children you can lend us until we get through the gate? I promise that we'll return them immediately.

OxyBob

Only one shorty for me at the current moment. Hoping to keep it that way for now.

Cooked or uncooked?

Careful, or you might end up like this poor guy, as reported by BBC News:

QuoteSudan man forced to 'marry' goat

A Sudanese man has been forced to take a goat as his "wife", after he was caught having sex with the animal.

The goat's owner, Mr Alifi, said he surprised the man with his goat and took him to a council of elders.

They ordered the man, Mr Tombe, to pay a dowry of 15,000 Sudanese dinars ($50) to Mr Alifi.

"We have given him the goat, and as far as we know they are still together," Mr Alifi said.

Mr Alifi, of Hai Malakal in Upper Nile State, told the Juba Post newspaper that he heard a loud noise around midnight on 13 February and immediately rushed outside to find Mr Tombe with his goat.

"When I asked him: 'What are you doing there?', he fell off the back of the goat, so I captured and tied him up."

Mr Alifi then called elders to decide how to deal with the case.

"They said I should not take him to the police, but rather let him pay a dowry for my goat because he used it as his wife," Mr Alifi told the newspaper.

Update: Mr. Tombe and the goat have divorced. She got the kids.

BTW,the photographer kneeling behind the goal post is me. After the kick I lowered my camera and looked over my shoulder and, damn, missed a great shot. ;D
