Yeah, makes ya wonder why they took the points off of the board early (made a FG and IC had a penalty on the play) and tried to go for the TD....

Thats the cardinal rule of football IMO, you NEVER take points off of the board.  You never know what will happen....

Would have been different if Robinson didn't get hurt early in the 2nd Qtr. He already had 60+ yards.

Injuries are out of your controll, they happen.  However, taking points off of the board is something you do have controll over.  Im all for being aggressive and such but if it sacrifices points im not cool with it.

B/c A) Springfield simply kicked our ass the first time this year.

And B) They scored a whole 10 points, which 2 defensive players may or may not have helped them out in that department. - - - Take those two defensive stars and say they stopped both Robinson rushing TD's that day. The score still ends up 20-10.

I simply said it made a little bit of a difference that Robinson went down early in that 2005 game after getting 60+ yards in just over a quarter. The INT may not have happened if we were still moving the ball w/ him, etc. - wow are we getting off on a tangent.
