I'm pretty positive I misread it, I'm sure they wouldn't do that.

Kind of surprised by that one as well - but a 92% career winning percentage?  Wow.  That is quite an accomplishment no matter what level you coach at.

Kind of surprising that no DI teams have seriously gone after Kehres.  His resume is pretty impressive.

Mike Gottfried kept talking about D1 schools going after Kehres and he said Kent made a strong run at him.  In the end, he said Kehres decided to stay at Mount and that he might stay there his entire career.  It would be interesting to see how he would do at a D1 level.

big difference pressure/time wise in dI vs dIII....at d3 level he can see his family on a regular basis....the amount of commitment to be successful at the dI level is more than demanding....if he wants to see his family stick at dIII and win national championships and enjoy shaping these kids lives...leave the endless hours of recruiting/film study/making sure kids go to class/ etc football factories to dI programs...all that being said i think he could be very successful on the dI level.
