Pep isn't involved in the E8 Fantasy Football League....not enough time. Pep thinks it was one of the Men In (Orange or Yellow) Hats that was heading that up. Sorry..... :(

+K to weekend posters

It's the yellow one. I think the point of confusion is that MIYH named the league after you.

Yes, lineback, you are correct. MIYH named it after the "reluctant" chair. Still seeking most optimum reasons for impeachment. Any suggestions?

Haven't looked into Lyco's 2007 incarnation just yet but they have been up and down a lot recently.  We had them at our place in 2004 and they were totally disappointing (especially for a fan from Florida who chose that as a the best home game of the season to attend).  Then we went down there in 2005 and got beat.  So, I am not sure yet what they have.  I guess I'll have to read up on them in the Kickoff.

Good morning E8PP'ers

MIOH is glad to see Tecmo made it back from "The Island" unharmed.  Hopefully we'll get his pre-season report sometime this week.

"The Stadium" was an interesting expirence for MIOH.  MIOH wore his Beltran Jersey with pride and only recieved a few stray comments from yankees fans.  There were a few other folks that had on the orange and blue as well, so it was nice to see a few friendly faces.  Roger looked pretty good out there from where MIOH was sitting.

MIOH was a little nervous he would be expelled from the stadium for sneaking in a few nips of captain that he hid under his shirt (security asked the person in front of MIOH to lift up his shirt...)  MIOH was glad he got away w/ it though... beers were $9 or $12 for the big fosters!  Wow.  MIOH knows why the can afford A-Rod's salary now.  Sheez... you can cover your entire bar tab at the hotel in MIOH's hometown w/ $12.

MIOH is looking forward to the launch of www.firstdownclub.com.

+K to all the bomber fans making the journey back to the d3 boards

theicdubbz

wow, weekend posters doing overtime!

RunninRob: good report.

The Stadium, will soon be "The Stadium II".  stupid steinbrenner.

Dubbz's softball team lost this weekend.  Dubbz hit a 3 run shot though to put 'em up at one point.  Then a horrendous, bogus, call at the end of the game ended the run to the championship.  Dubbz explained to the umpire how he felt that his decision was wrong since Dubbz slid through the bag and popped up before the ball got the the second baseman!!!!  but, i wont bore all with that story.

This weekend is the cornell scrimmage????

Mornin' Fellas  - punch in: 9:35am

-in NSRB's hometown at Trackside (the dive next to the stock car dirt track) you can get 3 "holy Sh*tballs" Long Islands, and 2 PBR's for $9... take that "Stadium".  ... who drinks Fosters anyways?!  PBRL ME ASAP.

-firstdownclub.com hopes to have a page or two up by the end of the week
-Pep, thanks for the shared concern of artifical noise enhancers.  Do you think DIII E8 posters could propose legislation against cowbells to the DIII governing body in the coming weeks?

-N.S. Rowdy is recovering from yet another wedding.  This one was in Palmyra, NY  a.ka. Mormon capital of the world.  quite facinating. NSRB and his new found 17+7 yr old lady friend (yes, NSRB locked it up... finally) decided to check out the Sacred Grounds, across the street from the Palmyra Inn after enjoying lunch with his new friend at Tom Wahl's Drive-In... (NSRB highly recommends not going here,  did not see Tom, or a Wahl, and there definately no drive-in.  Only 6-9  employees staring at NSRB and screwing up his order, despite being only one of 2 customers, and the placed smelled like somebody had just booted).

-sounds like the rest of you enjoyed the weekend too.  so many "exited" E8ers back on the PP's makes a v. tired NSRB happier than a 4-oh'd Bomber fan at 7am at the home opener-

Pep,

Here's a few to get you started...

Start asking a bunch of questions that are clearly posted in the FAQ
Misquote the NCAA rulebook a few times
Mention Bill Clinton and musical instruments in all of your posts
Make a guest appearance on 24
Continue to align yourself with Jose Q's old regime
Mention how the LL is a superior league to the E8 and the E8 will be absorbed into the LL and other leagues by 2017

Did Rowdy announce that he seed's the deed's on the d3 boards?
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

After growing up going to Wrigley, I still can't get used to the songs, scoreboard cartoons and endless between inning "fun for the kids" stuff.

My favorite scoreboard moment happened at the Binghamton Mets game earlier this summer, when whomever was running the scoreboard screwed up and the Windows critical error sound played through the loudspeakers.

As for the draft, it's set for Wednesday at 9:30 pm eastern.

hey pride

RunningRobby25

any way we can push the draft to 10ish, or will they just pick for me if I'm still waiting tables that night?

superman57

it will just pick for you...but I recomend you ranking players so the computer knows who you like

TAGS-  I need a report on "the switcher" at the reception, did he get a little wadded up ????

Fisher is getting quite the love in Kickoff... and I say Chris Sharpe runs for 26 touchdowns and throws 1 on a fake option that gets the entire d running up to him and he flips the ball to the wr downfield...who is so surprised that he was thrown the ball that he $#its his pants

Latest from Bomberland...  NSRB relaying the words from an insider

Blue/White game: Sloppy, Sloppy, Sloopy-

O-Line was like a shot-up STOP sign,  full of holes and didnt stop 'em from driving through-
freshman kicker had a 30 ydr blocked.

heres hoping that the Bombers just had a bad case of the Mondays
