(at fisher we generally try to avoid getting accounts while we're still playing).

You guys should send that memo to Alfred, Cortland, etc....

Good luck in your senior year.

MachineHead

Appreciate it.

How do things look in Bomberland? I look forward to this years Fisher-IC game at Butterfield. Should be an exciting game

whats up max. Yes former player (at fisher we generally try to avoid getting accounts while we're still playing).  Off season surgery ended my career but I still have a year left at school.

Welcome aboard the E8PP Machinehead.

MIOH is Sorry to hear about the surgery... on the positive side you do gain an extra year of E8PP eligibility.

MachineHead

haha thank you MIOH. August has been a rough month not being back in camp- but the warm welcome to the E8PP is appreciated. How does Lycoming match up with IC for the opener?

realistic

Lycoming should SHOULD be a fairly easy W for IC.  That being said, on the road to start the season with some holes from last year is always tough.  Juvan is a decent-good QB who has the potential to really turn it on this year.  If he does, IC competes for the E8 crown.  If he doesn't, then IC looks to Grasdoff (sp) and the future.  Lycoming should be the game to start off with a solid offensive performance.

Here's what the lyco site offers about this years squad

http://www.lycoming.edu/athletics/07Football/07Preview.htm

Last 2 meetings

2005 - Lyco won 33-30 in OT... and dominated IC in the second half from what MIOH remembers.
2004 - Ithaca won 49-7 @ Butterfield

Pep- now that your the chairman... Is it too early for predictions on week 1 yet?

NSRB's unhealthy obsession w/ kickers is starting to make MIOH question NSRB's orientation

A lot of people out there are forgetting/neglecting Ryan Hanson. This kid is thick, fast, and one of the most slippery runners in the league...even more so than Reille. Even if it was late in games, every time the kid touched the ball the last few years has been 30+ yard td's.

He's had 3 or more games the last two years where his first drive is a 30+ td, like I said it is usually in the 3rd or 4th quarter. And yes with Robinson and Reille getting a number of carries he has been 3rd on the chart. His style is a bit unconventional which I call slippery...hard to describe unless you see it.

OK - not to nitpick here, but I was interested in this slippery runner.  He did not have any 30+ TD runs in 2006.  He had TD runs of 17yds, 13yds and 11yds all in the 4th Quarter.  Actually all were the last TDs of the game.  All games were wins...a 30-0 win over Kings, a 57-16 win over Hartwick and 64-0 win over Utica respectively.  His 2005 numbers for individual games are not available on the SJF website, but the totals were 19 carries for 117 yards and 3 TDs.

I am not knocking this kid, and he may be a great compliment to Reille this season but let's not annoint him yet.  I'd like to see what he can do against a 1st or 2nd team defense before we say he could start for any team in the east region.

i hate to ask a stupid question - but where did he play?
