Dubbz agrees that 89 is faster than 96.   1 year of traveling every weekend to see Lady Dubbz at the "N" proved 89 to be faster by 15 minutes.

OK, here's the official scoop on ways to catch the Union/Springfield game tomorrow night:

For Video
----------
D3Cast.com has made the Union/Springfield game their East Region game of the week.  You can find links on D3football.com and D3cast.com.  Their pregame show begins at 6:45pm -- kickoff is at 7:00pm.  Your broadcast crew will be John McGraw (Play-by-Play) and Eric Ren (Color).

For Internet Audio
-------------------
I cannot locate an online link for Springfield's WSCB-89.9 FM.

For Union's web stream, you can go to Union's Teamline site at http://www.teamline.cc/sportpage?teamcode=1160&eventcode=20 (Note:  Teamline is not Teamline.com, but Teamline.CC).  Pregame show will begin at 6:40pm, with a 7:00pm kickoff.  Frank Rossi (Play-by-Play), Carm Audino (Color) and Bill Nowak will bring you the action.

As an alternative, should the Teamline site be unavailable, you can find the stream also at http://www.saratogamoon.com .

For Radio Audio
-----------------
Because of technical issues, Union's College Station, WRUC-89.7 FM may not be ready in time for the broadcast of tomorrow's game.  Therefore, the WABY-1160 AM broadcast, which would normally be simulcast to WRUC, may be the only Albany-area station carrying the broadcast.

For Springfield residents, tune into WSCB-89.9 FM.

For Telephone Audio
----------------------
Should you be unable to connect via the web or radio, there is an additional option, courtesy of Teamline.  For $5 per game, you can listen to the game by telephone -- however, long distance rates may apply, depending on your long distance plan or carrier.  The number is 216-502-3200 -- and enter Team Code 1160 for Union's stream.

Tecmobowler also likes taking 89 all the way up, and takes heat from Orangehat who prefers some goofy 96B backwards detour.

That backwards goofy route has proven time and time again to be the fastest way to get MIOH to The Finger Lakes Raceway and Casino.

MP is also a steadfast 89 supporter. F 96.

Thanks for the heads up FR...

MIOH suggests MP take a Vicodin and relax, It's friday baby!

Have fun to all who are going to Butterfield this weekend... MIOH hopes we get a nice turnout of FDC recruits... the weather looks like it's going to help the cause... MIOH hopes the Bombers help the cause as well.

You heard it here first... Union springs the upset!

MIOH is now sneaking out early... no more hippie school for 2 days!

Go Bombers

Take 89 to 96B.  That's the fastest way, but you're looking at 2.5-3 hours regardless of what route you take to get to 90.

Made about 15 of my 6th graders cry today when I told them I was disappointed in their behavior.  11 year olds don't like to hear the d word, I found out.

"i can't wait to line up on saterday and see if your boys are as tough as you guys build them up to be."

Just hope you don't find out what their parents think of it.

na miyh was completly right... you need to let them know that their behavior is not accetable and in todays world where so much can be constrewd as abuse the d word is the best weapon a popular teacher can have.. and I imagine the yellow hat is a popular teacher

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

AUPepBand

If the sixth graders didn't like and respect MIYH, Pep thinks they would have been unmoved by their teacher's use of the "D" word. Sounds like MIYH is making an impact...much like the FDC at a Bomber football game, or, as Pep would like to believe, the AU Pep Band at a Saxon game.

GO SAXONS!!
On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

JQV

Off to the Swamp boys where only Gators get out alive (particularly when the other people going in have "Troy State" on their uniforms).

Go Bombers.

BTW, PG04, my alma matar beat your alma matar as Wilson beat Newfane 18 to 12 in double OT

sjfcards

should be a fun day today. I am just putting in the time before the fun really starts on the 22nd. I am pulling for both teams to be unbeaten and rolling comming in.

GO CARDS...
GO FISHER!!!

boobyhasgameyo

I just hope Fisher doesn't overlook Buffalo today or U of R next week....

boobyhasgameyo

I know people are saying it's only buff state but they seem to have some decent skill position players, and they probably see this as a major opportunity to pull out a watered down version of appalachain state, beating their own #5 ranked team (get the parallel there?)  I mean it's cool if the posters have their eyes set on the 22nd, just so long as the players don't.

boobyhasgameyo

Well booby is off, will discuss the game upon my return!  Good luck to the rest of the E8 as well, may we all have what Johnny Drama would call a "VICTORY!!"

sjfcards

It is definatly true that dropping a game to Buff State or U of R would put a huge damper on the game on the 22nd. The key to getting an at large bid if your team does drop a game and not win the conference, is not having a 2nd loss.

That is why these games against lesser opponents become such a big deal. Hopefully Fisher just takes it one game at a time, and beats up on each team.

Well...the first beer was just cracked for the game today. enjoy everyone!!
GO FISHER!!!

tecmobowler

TecmoPredictions:

Ithaca- 30
Kings- 13

Fisher- 41
Buff State- 26

Springfield- 54
Union- 16
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

jeez I think union beats springfield...
