Where will you be driving in from? Pep loves geography....and can offer suggested routes if need be.

Up north...will be at the in-laws Friday night...so about 3 to 3 1/2 hours to the game.

It's Homecoming at Alfred this weekend. THere will be tailgaters galore. Alunmni have a tailgating tent. They'll be inducting five into Sports Hall of Fame at a dinner after the game. Please stop and say hello to the older fellow with the AU Pep Band.

Watertown area? Pep did the 150 mile trip from Alfred to Morrisville (and back) in 3 hours back in the '70s.

who else is guessing that Yanks99 is either:

a)  Corey, Hartwick LB with a new name

or

b)  One of the Hartwick ppl with fake emails that Pat was speaking of, that finally came up with a new emails address.

I loved it when the IP address was listed so we could figure it out ourselves....

fricking hartwick....

MIOH thinks he has a pretty good idea who Yanks99 is... and he's a bomber (Bronx & Ithaca) if I'm correct.

I'm sure that Yanks99 does not want to be exposed... so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

Is Yanks the good left-handed beer pong player that used to team up and dominate the table w/ MIOH?

Sounds like Utica area or so - Saxon73 is a walking GPS unit.  Maps instantly entere the brain.  Did help while studying engineering too.

I actually like heading out that way.  Last time I was there, Brenton Brady rushed for 3 TD's against 'Wick and was everywhere on defense.  What is the name of the one place on the left side of the street if you are heading from east to west through town?  I stopped there last time and the food was pretty good.

If it was Italian on the road into town, it was probably Little Sicily.....good pizza, authentic Italian food.

I don't think it was there...I will know it when I see it.  It was more of a sports bar...

If it's right in town, you're probably talking Old West Food Company, formerly Manhattan West.

Yeah, Pep hosted a shindig for obituary writers there this summer. Cash bar plus a buffet with pulled pork, baked beans, BBQ chicken, etc. The owner is alumni director at AU and lined up on the defensive line for the Saxons' undefeated 1981 squad.

Back in the day, me and some other guys made it to mayberry in less than 3 1/2 hours from near Utica. One of them was Al Sefcik, LB on Lambert Bowl team.  Unfortunately he was on the plane that went down going into Pittsburgh in the mid 90's  the wind shear thing I guess.

Wicksters,

Wasn't HC a religiously affiliated school at one time?
