Bona fide Booby Prediction Alert

Fisher - 34
Brockport - 14

Defense performs better than in recent weeks, and PG is left thinking "wasn't that the same score as last week?"....Indeed it was PG indeed it was.

Ithaca - A lot
Norwich - Not a lot

In these strange times in the E8 this is one of the few givens.

Chris Sharpe - 35
Random non E8 team - 10

Sharpe will somehow find a way to hand off to himself and throw to himself vindicating a Hartwick poster in the process.

Alfred -  42
Hartwick - 17

I really really believe this will be a blow out and that isn't being bitter over Fisher losing, I just don't see Hartwick as legit.  If Hartwick keeps this one within 14 then I will take Hartwick as for real but it just doesn't seem like it will be in the cards.

Utica - 35
Mt Ida - 21

Because when was the last time anybody gave a Utica prediction?

Fisher - 40
Brockport - 21

Ithaca - 45
Norwich - 14

Alfred -  30
Hartwick - 14

Alfred and Hartwick are on a roll but Alfred is at home. We had receivers open last week that Kramer for some reason missed. Unless Hartwick has figured it out, Keeley will pick them apart.

Anyone tailgating this weekend?

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

E8 Nation,

Whats up everybody?  Sorry its been awhile.  About 5 days which is a long time for me.  Had to calm down some before coming back.  It's all good now though.  Just didn't want to post anything I would regret.

Alot of interesting talk since I've been gone.

The loss to Hartwick certainly hurts.  I was so angry when it was all said and done in Oneonta.  But what can you do.  Hartwick played very good and we did not.  It's football and that happens.  Now I know how the Ithaca guys feel.

As you guys probably know I was part of the SJF staff a couple years back.  So it's very hard for me to fault them in any way.  I have much love and respect for the staff.  Everybody makes mistakes, including coaches every now and then.  Obviously, the end of the game could have been managed differently but its easy for us to say as spectators.

I'm hoping the season turns out like my senior year in 2004.  We were undefeated going into the Norwich game, and they beat us.  We turned around and won the rest of our games and finished at 9-1.  Hopefully this team can do the same!

Once again, sorry about the disappearing act.  Especially to the hard core E8 posters including FA91, Booby, Superman, SJF82, SJFClimbing, Realistic, Jose, NSRB, Tecmo, Pep, Kazoo, Sarge, Tags, MIOH, MIYH, DewCrew, and anyone else I'm forgetting.  I see we have some new guys posting.  Welcome aboard!  This is turning out to be one crazy year in the E8!

nothing wrong with being upset by a loss...

How did the Cubs ends up with Jesse Orasco! To his credit he hasnt been too bad so far...

These late games are going to  kill me.  Webb is leaving a lot of pitches up.  We'll get to him the third time through.

And Big Z is starting to unveil his slider.... mmmm. delicious.

You're kiddin right...Please tell me Jesse Orosco is not still pitching...Isnt he 50?  I got his autograph in Spring Training (Lauderdale) in 1999 when he was with the O's...he had to have been 40-45 then

Tecmo, we better get to Webb right now.  He looks like he is settling down.

Just thought of another reason to root for the Cubs.  Two of the four managers I worked for are on the staff and, one of my favorite assistant coaches as well.

I had not heard the explanation for Soriano's hop before.  That is pretty ridiculous.

tecmobowler

Soriano's hop makes me nervous.

Gotta score to win anyway, boys.

I apologize to Jesse Orosco for mixing him up with Ron Darling...

Couple hard hit balls that inning...keep us close Carlos.   D'Backs will be in a huge hole with Davis and Livan the next two games if they can't hold on.  Come through Cubbies!!
