See that's it though...in the past Fisher scheduled cupcakes like Mt. Ida, but after awhile it's not worth it because it hurts you come Playoff time...but for hartwick..you guys are new to the party keep playing who you play and pad your w-l record...but just make sure you don't lose any of those games because it hurts your credibility...and azz holes like me will make a big deal about losing to wnec

I actually agree.  You have to remember too that these schedules are done up to two-three years in advance.  Fisher thinks, and they clearly do, have a strong program right now that looks like it will stay that way for some time.  I applaud the move to get MUC on the slate.  'Wick has struggled over the last few years.  The E8 is a tough league.  They needed to get some W's elsewhere.  Great move on their part a few years ago dropping, as an example, D1-AA St. Peter's and picking up Becker.  Hopefully they can keep up the success over the next several seasons and beyond.  If this is the case two plus years from now, I think then they can venture out and go after a "big game" from the non-conference side of the house.  Maybe not MUC...but some more nationally recognized teams.

the next step would  be a hobart, RPI or Union...maybe a NJAC or MAC team...then go out and get a Wesley or MUC

Totally agree.  'Wick used to actually have Union and RPI on the schedule a few years ago.  Teams like that would definately be a good start.
How cute, the Yankee fans are getting along together so nicely

You sound like a bitter Red Sox fan...by the way congrats on your "miracle" win in 2004.  2nd highest payroll in baseball for over half a century and one World Series title to show for it...good job!!!

I could definately eat my words...the Red Sox look unstoppable this year...

Hell...tell me about it.  Not a good year at all.  When they announced during game 4 that the Indians were 12-24 with 2 outs and runners in scoring position and the Yanks were 0-7...I was wondering how in the hell we were even in game 4...and not swept.

+K Yanks for stayin on after a Loss.

I'll match Dubbz' +k and agree that Super is overreacting.

I'll also throw this out there.  Is Super's hypersensitivity to Hartwick's success more evidence that the Fish faithful are still getting used to dealing with success?

I'll also throw this out there.  Is Jose's constant questioning of Fisher's ability to deal with success his own incredulous attempt to make subtle jabs at a program that he secretly fears has surpassed Ithaca and doesn't know if Ithaca will return to the glory it has so long relished in?

and lets see Boston has the second highest payroll and in 05 they got elimnated in the first round and wait didn't they not even make the playoffs in 06 and I thought at one point this year they had a 14 and half game lead and how many games did they end up winning the division by

lets put a moratorium on the baseball B.S. Only one post per day about the Stankees and only one post per day about the Choke Sox

All other posts must either be about: 1) Fisher posters: how Fisher has "monkey stomped" Ithaca 2 years in a row; or
2) IC posters: how the Bills are the only reason that Fisher has "monkey stomped" Ithaca 2 years and counting

SJFF82

...or 3) 'Wick posters: why you lost to a team from an inferior conference or 4) AU posters:  what the record of the Pepband's opponents opponents are...

No other posts are allowed unless Sharpe is passing the ball to himself

I brought the original point up.  Every so often it rears its ugly head again. However, since the way the hartwick game ended went away quickly I think its not that big of an issue....

If this was a few years ago the end of that game would of caused a bigger stir than it did...
