In the old days the SC-IC game usually went like this:

at Butterfield IC Wins 24-14

at SC Toss Up with the final score being something like 35-33.

But this year has been so confusing for both teams that I don't think that old order applies.

If our run defense shows up like it did the last few weeks Bombers win by two scores.  Look what Fisher's run defense did last week.  Sharpe attempted 9 passes all but doubling his career passing total.

So, how thin is the list of East Region Pool C candidates?  Here's a pared down list from the full list I put out earlier this week, focusing only on East Region teams.  Remember that teams with an "A" under "Notes" lead their conference, "A*" are tied for the lead and an "S" means that a team NOT ON THE LIST could win the Pool A bid, sending that team fishing for a Pool C slot.

Just 13 teams vying for Pool C slots with three games to go for most teams -- and five of the 13 could win their conference.  If Springfield and Alfred win this weekend, take two more off the list (Hobart and Ithaca).

Weather forcast for tomorrow sucks, looks like there is going to be some sloppy games out there. Could be some unexpected results due to slippery pigskins.

fisheralum91

oh boy----since you already have one on mind----you might just as well spill it.

too bad the IC/SC game is on turf.  I like IC's chances in this one but I would LOVE IC's chances in mud.

FA: heard anything else about Kemp being let go? since you are in Utica, thought you might have saw something in the O-D.

Don't have a particular one in mind or concerned about, just trying to start a discussion.

1. Which fields that key games are being played on tomorrow are natural grass? (should be mud baths)

2. If the wind is not a factor which aspect of an offense is more affected by the rain, the running game or the passing game?

fisheralum91

dew--havent heard a peep---its too quiet!!!

everyone is of the no comment notion
