Wow, you guys are really hurt by this list huh?

Here you go:

1. Hartwick
2-10. Who cares, Hartwick beat Fisher & Ithaca at home by a total of 5 points.

Not hurt Tags...but DewCrew is supposed to be insightful...he writes for this website.  Are we not supposed to question why he has a 5-3 team like Rochester ranked anwhere near the top 10?  If Ithaca had the same record as Fisher, and Fisher had beaten Ithaca, yet Ithaca was ranked in the top 10...you Fisher guys would be screaming...

Besides Tags...if you had only beaten MUC in the final 4 last year by a point, and we said who cares, it was only by a point...it would be a TERRIBLE arguement...

I think he put Rochester in there for momentum purposes, since they have a winning streak going.

They haven't beaten a good team all year...momentum or not.  St. Lawrence 2-5, Merchant Marine 0-8, Mount Ida 3-6, WPI 4-4, and Susquahana 1-7.  Name one team in there that scares anyone.

that's not even apples to apples dude.

The point is relax, it's an individual's opinion. Who cares what he puts in his poll, it doesn't mean anything.

You are correct sir and i will concede to that point...

But at the same time its ridiculous and my opinion is that his opinion is horrid.. if i didnt say anything what would be the point of being on a discussion board

It applies Tags.  Anytime you start bringing up margin of victory to downgrade a victory, you leave yourself open.  Sad part is I'm not sitting here fuming over this...kicking down doors...just trying to discuss a legit topic.  I know the only way 'Wick makes the playoffs is if they get the AQ...and to do that, they have a ton of work left, and still need some help.  Rankings mean nothing...but if Fisher was left out this week...all the Fisher guys would be in an uproar.

It doesn't apply my friend.

We're talking Mt. Union vs. Fisher & Ithaca --- two completely different animals.
And we're talking an '06 Fisher squad that completely dismantled Hartwick last year.

Also, margin of victory does apply to this topic b/c if you want to move up you've got to put away the good teams in a convincing fashion. 5 points at home isn't enough to really rally voters behind your team enough IMHO.

I do agree with the Rochester argument, but Hartwick needs to put a hurtin' on a good team before anyone really accepts them - At least that's my view.

Point taken...that is why you strap it up.  However, Rochester being ranked is terrible.

I hear ya Tags...and I am not trying to put MUC/Fisher last year anywhere near this arguement, or downplay the Final 4 game last year.
