oh my god rogans, I can't wait to order a stinger.  I was playing in the game Darnly did the suck it and I may have given a chuckle.  What ever happened to that nasty linebacker ya'll had.  Number 11 Johnson maybe.  He was a sauce monster.  Best backer I saw in my 4 years

Jay Johnson...was definitely an awesome force on the field, and was a big reason Brockport got it's only win in Butterfield in Forever back in 2001... I believe he had a game ending INT and several tackles.  That was his senior year though and not sure where he went following that.

Best of luck to all E8 teams.  Things will become clearer this weekend, but it's not the end of the season.

Jay Johnson, god he was a monster.  Best linebacker I saw and thank god it was my freshman year.

FLA10

in beautiful miami...Jay played in Europe for a couple of years and called it quits.   Teaching in Rochester area now.  Dude was a freak

FLA10

....worked in Ithaca this summer...lived off the stinger.  Rogan is great...what other gas station can you get a sub as good as a stinger and wash it down with a pitcher of beer?

I also played against johnson he was very good, but the best lb i played against was from rowan, i cant remember his name right now, but he was in jail for a while, and played at Ohio st. before all of that happend, he was a man among boys............today cortland will keep it rolling by shutting out buff st.
No matter where we go, it's about who we are.......C-STATE!!!!!!!!

Be careful, xdragon, it could be a trap game...I know it's happened to Cortland before....

Good luck to all teams today!

I played in the WNY North vs South game w/ Jay Johnson after our senior years, he scored the game winning TD (while playing full back) on a wierd play.  We ran a speed option play and he was the lead blocker, the QB pitched it but it hit Jay in the shoulder.  Jay grabbed the ball and ran untouched for the score.  We went to neighboring schools and we used to scimmage Lew-Port every year, while also competing w/ Jay in Basketball and Track.  He was a sick athlete!  I see him every now and then at the bars in Rochester, he's doing well and is still a big bastard!

My final take on the SJF/IC game today.  I just dont see the balance from SJF's offense like from years past, I think they are too one dimensional this year.  I just dont think SJF can make plays in the passing game if IC comes out and stops the run early.  Sure SJF will score some points and move the ball on the ground, but eventually their inability to take 8 guys out of the box will be their unfortunate downfall today.
