Today let us remember our Soldiers and Sailors who lost their lives at Pearl Harbor and those who survived the attack in our prayers and thoughts.

"In the end we will survive rather than perish not because we accumulate comfort and luxury but because we accumulate wisdom"  Colonel Jack Jacobs US Army (Ret).

LD, +k for a great post back there. I won't quote it, but I'm behind that 100% - The coaches were stubborn all game, and made poor decisions the entire game (there seem to be a theme with that? Last year they got in deep and threw when they were running, and this year they ran when they were having success throwing... we won't bring up the end of the Hartwick game... oops) --- Stop hating Jackson for making a mistake, I think it was a screw you coach thing just as much as a screw you & your big purple band thing, LD is right. That was the first time they went to Jackson all year, and he produced (recall the first play of the game, and the shot he took on that pass deep in MUC territory and still hung onto the ball).

Fisher coaches need to take notes from Welch & Co. and learn how to do more with less... or perhaps from LK himself, the guy who turns close games at the half into second half blowouts (Fisher doesn't believe in 2nd half adjustments... or maybe they don't know have the ability)

I'll tell you something else, the team went nuts when he came over to the sideline - While Faggiano was yelling at him (deflecting the fact that he can't come up with something to hold MUC under 1,014 yards rushing per contest), Jackson walked into a sea of hugs & smiles... what's that tell you?

Get off his n*tz.

It tells me that Fisher had their first decent season less than five years ago.
This is simply not true...lest I remind all you IC guys again who for some reason still take solace in the BELIEF that SJF was never any good until they started monkey-stompin IC lately....SJF went 21-16 from '92-95 and were nationally ranked after a 6-0 start to the season in '95.

SUNY campuses tend to be ugly. While the campuses are on opposite hillsides, the AU campus is much more navigable, having been somewhat "terraced" so that one can traverse from one end of the campus to the other without encountering much of a hill. Not so across the way, where SUNY built a big circular loop around the campus, which leaves one climbing hills no matter where one goes.

Pep remembers the SUNY construction of the 60s in Alfred. Of particular note is MacKenzie Complex, which, as legend goes, the architect, purported to have taken his own life, designed the residence hall in the shape of a swastika, although one wing was turned to corrupt the plan. The place is a maze. Pep once delivered newspapers there.

Alfred is like Niagara Falls: New York has the better side, but you can only see if from Canada.  The same is true of Alfred University (viewing AU from Alfred State; AU's too far away from Canada to be seen by the naked eye).
Check out the official card game of the AU Pep Band - Str8 Eight!

John Carroll actually has a very nice, small campus.

I think the additions to Fisher, especially the Quad where Lavery Lawn resides, look amazing....It's just so darn small that stuff is packed in, one day when they realize they can build endless amounts by building over the golf course (which has run it's course....what's up pun?)  then Fisher can really expand the programs they offer and finally become St. John Fisher University!!  Start the campaign now!  SJFU by 2022!

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

I love watching #34's shoulders drop on the replay: "Man, I can't believe we let that kid score."

I dont think anyone is saying that its not funny.  Its hilarious.  But its embarrassing to his team and school.  Very selfish.

Good Luck to Jason Boltus, the Hartwick QB who was named as one of the 4 finalists for the Gagliardi award.
