A) +k 82, love the enthusiasm in the signature - like where your heads at.

B) Max, you are the second coming of PG. We are typically on the opposite sides of things but somehow I still like you.

Carry on...

'preciate it Tags, +k.

I mean Ithaca/Yankee vs. Fisher/Red Sox fan.... it's amazing we can even interact.

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Yes Deuce its me...

During the AU/SJF game I was on the Alumni Terrace with a bunch of other KS guys and I was dogging you after some AU fans told Kramer to go eat another cheeseburger (I did have to hold back my laughter though) and I kept on getting these odd looks from a couple standing next to Kolmer.  Finially I think Harrington said it was your parents, needless to say I felt bad, only for a second though...

Also duing the game the SJF offense was driving towards the same endzone and I was watching the plays getting called in and then relaying them to Palermo who then in turn yelled them out to AU's Defense.  Finially they started listening to us and caught up on 2 plays.  Then inside the 10/15yard line i knowingly called a outside zone to their left side, only to have it be the bootleg pass to the right with Marion for the TD....

Good times, good times...

Palermo is nuts...Its always an adventure with him, sad to see him move to Florida....I remember him chanting something about Kolmer Services when Bubba and I met for the coin toss...Mark must have been proud..haha...my parents probably dont understand the heckling during college football games...I tried to explain that "fisher reject" is actually some sort of compliment, means that the fans had to think I was good enough to shout it...they still didn't understand...gotta love d3football

Pauly,

Welcome aboard!  It's nice to have not only another Empire 8er on this board but also a former LCAA boy around as well!!!!  How have things been?  It looks like I'll be back in NY just in time for the Cardinals to make the trip up to Norwich but I'll be right down the road from Alfred in good ole' Bath NY.  I'll have to scratch my D-III football itch somehow.  Maybe I'll make a trip to Merill.

Love to see all this chatter on the boards.  It's a good thing to come home from after a long day on the road travelling to Reno and back.  Tags, any word on what Big Ed's up to w/out me to watch after him?  You playing in the Elks tourny this year?

On a last note I recieved a birthday wish from the one and only Frank Rossi the other day and I'm glad to report he's still alive even though I haven't seen him on the boards in ages.  Supposedly he's in the process of moving.  Superman I know you'll be awaiting the return of your idol ;)

Robby, whats up...good to hear from you...  yes LCAA football is unlike any other,  the Rams should be tough again this year now you mention it...went and saw my alma mater play them last year in Bath and they were too much for the red raiders...running back went wild, I think he returns this year...Its too bad you can't meet up at Merrill when SJF plays AU this year...I look forward to it and also look forward to Gentleman Jim's happy hour afterwards...you cannot beat  3 dollar pitchers, 1.50 mixed drinks, 2 dollar doubles...anywhere...I will miss that place..haha

Ahh, good ole GJ's.  I miss that place too!

Ooh baby....gotta get after that AU QB.  Let's not let him get comfortable in the pocket (or at the keyboard)...flush him out (expose him) and get him on the run (negative k)

gotta get after that "former AU QB"...  I am very comfortable in the pocket of the E8 message board...just don't have Dan Pollock post on this forum, he might force me to make a bad decision.

Pep must say that size 15 shoes seem a bit too large to fill, but someone will step into them and give it a shot. And, true to form, Deuce, you have very nicely sidestepped the rush, avoided the sack, and found the open man....even on the E8PP boards.

Have you still got your trumpet? Pep will have a band shirt for you whenever you'd like to make a guest appearance with the "award-winning" AU Pep Band.

And it's great to see the middle of AU's 1-2-3 offense posting on the boards!  We'll definitely miss seeing your hands under another man's crotch this year though hopefully Mr. Secky can make a run at your records.
Check out the official card game of the AU Pep Band - Str8 Eight!

Never cared much for records, they are meant to be broken...whoever the QB is..hopefully he can lead the Saxons to victory...the win was always the most important stat.

Hey Rob--Hope all is well in Cali!
Looks like many of the Doctors are going to be scarce this year.
I have yet to pick a game or maybe two to get to this year--though i know that Fisher is at UC this year---ill def. make that one.
Who knows--maybe i can guilt a few docs into a game or two!!!!!

In AU Pep Band's short ten-year stint of supporting the Saxons, the band definitely set a record in the 2007 season for the most times playing the fight song.

Pep: "Get the fight song ready!"

Band: "It's always ready!"

Wellllll Fisher is definitely not keeping it after week 1.  If they win they will jump up probably to a top 5.  If they lose by a little they will probably drop 1 or 2 spots.  If they lose by a lot they will probably drop about 8 spots.  At least that's one Booby's prediction...

Good to see the Empire 8 well represented.... I'm a little disappointed Hartwick didn't receive more votes, Alfred didn't receive any, and Ithaca is ranked so high....
Your defending 2007 Empire 8 Champion Hartwick College

AUPepBand

Pep is happy for Fisher (#10) and Ithaca (#18) and that both of them play in Mayberry this season. Pep is just hoping that AU, with solid play and good bounces of the ball, will join them in the Top 25 by November when they make their trip to Merrill Field, aka "The Pit."

Congrats also to Cortland State (#22) and RPI (18 votes), Hartwick (12 votes) and Hobart (9 votes).

In case you forgot...

Wick went 0-2 vs the NEFC and gave that conference their first NCAA victory.  How come everyone remembers that except for the Hartwick faithful?

Thats probably why they didnt recieve so many votes!

So basically what your saying is that in week 2 we can expect SJF to be ranked in the 12-18 range?
