any Fish heads heard anything about your new USC QB?

No, for the love of God.  I keep searching to see if there is anything new in regards to this years training camp.  Nothing.  Not one article from the D and C.  Nothing on the website.  It's lammmmme

Where did the USC info come from?  He is a transfer from Cornell.  Right now, Hammel (remember the ill-fated QB sneak in the Hartwick game) is the starter in practice.  The transfer has the 'tools' to be the starter as well.  I guess time will tell on this one.

The USC thing is a joke, I'm almost 100% certain.  But if you get any more info I trust you will let us know!

A bit of sarcasm from the Pep led to the news flash.....University of Maine had him listed at 6-7. Pep imagined the Geneva boy started his college football career at Maine at 6-6. Suddenly as a Bomber, he's 6-8. Pep noted that with each mention, the kid gets bigger and bigger and better and better, much to the dismay of frustrated Fisher fans who have heard not a word from the Cardinal Camp.

Okay, since the board is dead, Pep is pleased to report the Pep Bandwagon hit the 300,000 mile mark on Sunday.

The 1992 Grand Caravan LE, purchased by Pep from an Iowa family just prior to 9/11/01, was recently "pimped" and now sports a (donated) Pioneer CD player, a pair of Kenwood 5-way 6x9 speakers and pair of Kenwood 3-way door speakers....and a pair of black dice are riding the rear view mirror.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that Becker is no longer here.... that's really, really, too bad.   I watched him progress throughout the year, and he was going to be a monster along with Scalice.  I think it's a huge blow to the defense.
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

I would hope said dice are of the fuzzy kind.

Fuzzy....furry. Yup, according to reaction of MPep, the dice are squeezably soft.

Despite the experience of Pep's 1992 classic pep bandwagon, Pep continues to be tormented by automated phone calls at home that say, "This is an important message. The warranty on your vehicle has expired....!"

On one occasion recently, the caller was human. Pep had an interesting little conversation. It went something like this:

CALLER: The warranty on your vehicle has expired. I'm calling to offer you a new warranty on your vehicle.
PEP: Do you know what I drive?
CALLER: What do you drive?
PEP: I drive a 1992 Grand Caravan with nearly 300,000 miles and I've had it since September 2001 and have never had a warranty on it.
CALLER: Wow. You really should have a warranty. Have you had any major repair expenses?
PEP: Absolutely. I just replaced the engine. Cost me $400 for the engine and another $400 to have it installed.
CALLER: So that's a big bill. If you had a warranty, it would cover that.
PEP: But don't you think it'd be foolish for your company to issue a warranty on a vehicle with 300,000 miles? Doesn't that seem a bit risky?
CALLER: Well, yes, I guess it would be risky.
PEP: So if you agree, could you please remove my name from your calling list?
CALLER: Yes, I'd be happy to do that.
PEP: Thank you!

Well good luck to him in the Navy.  I hope he gets what he wants and becomes a seal.
