Here is my opinion on the East Region rankings.

1. Rowan
2. Wesley
3. St. John Fisher
4. Cortland State
5. Springfield
6. Hobart
7. Ithaca
8. Union
9. Brockport State
10. Union

Damn, Union must be good to get into the top 10 twice!

this exchange from Blazing Saddles came to mind after seeing this post.

Hedley Lamarr: Qualifications?

Applicant: Rape, murder, arson, and rape.

Hedley Lamarr: You said rape twice.

Applicant: I like rape.

What's your crime?

Stampeding cattle...

Stampeeding cattle, that's not much of a crime.

Through the vatican...

Kinky!

ER, Well, it was a great opportunity and I sort of followed a girl out here.  It all works out in the end and I hope to make it back as soon as possible.

B-27  How did you hear about the job, the boy will be looking soon, and I wondered if you knew any secrets to getting in with a sports team???

theicdubbz

secrets to getting in with a sports team:

1)go to college

2)work with a garbage team at the lowest level. everyone does it... has to be done in order to earn respect among the trade.

3)from there use those contacts to get another garbage position at a higher garbage team...

follow these steps until you are where you want to be.

Donavan did play some FB during the Hartwick game.
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

You could always do what JoseQViper did.  Start working in the Major Leagues in high school and stay there all through college and law school.  Then quit working in the Major Leagues and become a lawyer.

Jose- it sounds like you had the right plan all along-nice deal if you can get it

INTERN, INTERN, INTERN,  after the season is over have Mark call up the Amerks or the Red Wings and he can most likely get in with them,

Just dumb luck combined with some hard work I suppose.  It was fun while it lasted.  I do have some great stories as a result of it.

sorry not an agent, I know one, and have actually already checked the rules for what an agent can do, an agent can have a discussion with a player but can not offer any thing like 2.5% instead of the regular 3,  I know this because a friend of mine from HS is likely a first day draft pick and have already had disscusions with him about agents, it is a very delicate situation, but has long as no one offers anything and the player doesn't accept anything talking is alright

Draft day will be the longest day of your life Superman.  A good friend of mine was a top ten pick a few years ago.  After every pick we had to sit through the analysis of "Well, this team is on the clock and JoseQViper's friend (for sake of anonymity) would be an excellent fit in this system."  He ended up going 10th overall and it seemed like it took two weeks for that to happen.  I can never imagine what he was going through.

You are busy taunting me over our loss while I am busy writing my petition to Myles Brand.  I mean, what good is being a lawyer if you aren't going to sue people...right?
