Ya if we could never bring up the past on here it would be pretty quiet. You can stick up for buddies but this is a board to talk about football, past, present and future..... and that might include bringing up the occasional painful memory.

And I think you guys should lay off fish fan, he's just stating his opinion, not going on nonsensical rants like windbag... but fishfan, backing up those opinions once in awhile couldn't hurt your cause...

I suppose....just letting myself be known on that issue, that is all...You are right, the past is great to bring up on here once in a while...for instance, AU spoiling SJF's playoff chances in '05 and then doing the same to Ithaca in '06....  

As for Jackson banging on the drum, He's something else..During the 2007 summer, he was a co worker of mine, hes a funny kid...

None taken.  I can understand the desire to stand up for your friends and I'd likely do the same were our positions switched.  Since I'm not a former player, I truly would like to hear and understand a former player's perspective on topics that arise on the boards, so please chime in when you think I've lost the plot.

Not a bad day for the E8, as long as Fisher hangs on, and it looks like they will.  Only game I don't know about is Springfield-Union.  Anyone have a score on that one?

It is too bad Utica took one on the chin.  I still think that once Blaise gets everyone on the same page, that Utica will be dangerous.  Nice to see the E8 have a good week.  Big week next week.

Having attended the MUC game last week and having listened to this game....it seems that the team will be a work in progress all year.  With that said, the D is going to be solid all year as well as Specs.  If the Offense can gain momentum each week, this could get good later in the year.

Husson isn't all that bad.  I'm sure Blaise has made some major changes in the the program.  Obviously this will take time.  I would have to guess only 2 or 3 wins this season for Utica, then improvement every season thereafter.
