hey fellas. just poppin in to show some love to the E8 board. i was recently consumed with the comedy that is the NEFC board. there was a player from fitchburg that was promoting himself in more than half of his post. naturally i exposed him. what do the E8 matchups look like this week. hey pride?

OK Pat, I am the bad guy here clearly, however,   just so it is clear, I did not and do not have a problem with the alternate board for in game updates, I as well think it is a good idea.  I just simply expressed suprise at seeing my post total drop from 900 to 895, HAVING NOT YET KNOWN the reason.  It was you, who instead of kindly advising me of the reason, decided to respond sarcastically with something like "Pay attention once in awhile"  I do pay attention as my post total would suggest, just missed taht bit of news about the alternate board...why did that warrant the sarcastic reply?

I admit I carry a "chip"...kinda has always been in my nature. Seems to have helped me in life more than it has hurt me...gives me an edge. As far as you are concerned....go back to my first post(s) on here in Oct. 2006...you 'welcomed' me rather rudely.  I know you run this joint, but it always seems that you have some overly technical position to take on seemingly meaningless things...whatever, I am rambling now.  I have expressed my gratitude in the past for your work to bring this forum together.  Perhaps others lack of complaining about things I complain about is more of their desire to "kiss ass"... (ala PG04)....not in my nature, you can keep the Karma, I will keep my integrity.

With all that said...I am just a football fan like the rest and harbor no ill will.  Keep on truckin Pat...and keep on deleting if you see fit.  I will keep postin if you allow me.

On to football...just back from the SJF-UR Courage Bowl luncheon.  Scott Greene made a bold prediction about Saterday's contest.  Seemed like him and his team felt a bit undermined by the whole luncheon and SJF's prominence on the field and in the headlines the past few years.

Because you framed it with a snippy comment about our advertisers (like they would care about the pennies the message board generates a day) and then you threw a shot at my alma mater (like I care, since I cover all 239 teams and not just one) and you referred to it as ridiculous and censorship.

That's why you got sarcasm in return. It is better than you deserved, to be honest.

ahhh...I cant help myself...Pat, you are incorrect, I framed nothing of the sort.  My INITIAL post was nothing but "where did my posts go" ?  Then your sarcasm....THEN my comments about censorship and Catholic and advertisers.  BTW, the comment about Catholic was clearly (or not I now gather) a joke...get it?

PG04...you are incorrect as well.  My initial post simply commented that I had lost 5 posts?  And i said "Did Pat delete some posts?"  That is it.  How you could infer complaining from that is beyond me.

Wow...that is sad. If he doesnt want us to post updates and actually use and enjoy the boards why doesnt he just say so.  I am sure the advertisers would find this somewhat intriguing.
