If not for a family issue while I was in camp at Brockport in '97 I would of been a Golden Eagle....

I seem to remember a very large DE that played for Brockport 3 or 4 years ago, went about 6'5" 270 came around the end like a freight train that just hit it's crusing speed between chicago and santa fe.  If memory serves he got kicked out or dropped out of Buffalo University, not a powerhouse D1, but D1 nonetheless...

Jimmy Z's is a nice plate, if you don't mind your GF getting sexually harassed while you're in there, the kid who runs it for his dad is a perv.

He's playing for the Rochester Raiders in the GLIFL along with a couple others from St. John Fisher, Brockport, Hobart, Syracuse and UB....

That baffles me, however I think it had to be a choice between them and Fisher, because the rest of their home games are later, during even worse weather...they probably did not risk a weather "disaster"...a matter of timing rather than opponent I would assume.

Yes...and the schedule timing was exactly the same...They beat Ithaca that year, maybe that should have been their choice lol

I remember being down on the field, that guy was a monster, I have a personal rivalry with brockport, I am best friends with former bport fullback bill spalik, I was just in his wedding this past june, a great guy and a fierce competitor.... might not have been a great guy on the field I can't speak for that

Those RPI "Bums" happen to be the most comical group of posters on the boards, everyone else on here just tries to be as funny as those guys.

I personally welcome the LL guys here, its fun to go back and forth with them even though they bitch slapped us in the post season....
