At least we changed the subject for an entire page; that's change we can believe in!

I need to start warming up the old trumpet for some home games next year, maybe a guest appearance in the pep band?!?

And the band will always make some bleacher room for anyone devoted to the Saxon cause and willing to make a little noise (even if with a woodblock or kazoo).  KazooTwo is planning on the Sprinfield game next year (Homecoming perhaps?) because he's tired of coming to games in November and standing out in the cold for 3 hours.  We could have a three piece kazoo section if you were to make the trip!

So I heard that this ummm.....I think his name is BOLT or something...is a pretty decent quarterback?  NFL scouts have praised his mad skills all over the eastern seaboard.....who IS this wunderkid? 

Oh..and since Mount now uses the East as it's footrest....I would be happy to be the commish of your wonderful  E-8 board.

Skunks....methinks you should at least wait until after this weekend.  Despite rumors to the contrary...Cortland is actually going to make the trip to Ohio and their goal isn't just to be respectable.

I'll give you some +k dap FA91, we need to fight this person who is so clearly full of angst.  As for Mount Union posters being commish candidates, I was going to suggest kirasdad as one possibility.  But I just think some of the LL guys who are so colorful would be a nice thing for the E8 (such as a 'Gro or Lew)...I mean who knows what kind of ideas they could come up with.  They might help us to figure out ways how to outpost the LLPP and find a way to keep us on top.  I think that should be the main focus of anybody interested in the position.

I appreciate the thought Booby, but since I left the cushy job working from home and am now teching Middle School, I don't have the time needed to fully perform the duties of the E8 Board.  LOL

I agree FA91.  My original post on the matter (back in early November?) was that we should tie the commissionership to the E8 standings.  Thus this year the commissioner would have to be a bomber poster.

Oh, and I realized last night, while doing the dishes, that with the departure of Norwich only 2 teams in the E8 have never made the playoffs: Alfred and Utica.  Hopefully that will change for both schools in the near future.
