From the Union website:

"The $1.7 million facility includes a grandstand with bleacher seating for 1,500; reserved chair-style seating for 162, and space for 30 wheel chairs;"

Of all the IC folks going, where do you plan on getting your seats?  Bleachers?  General Admission?

I went with the Bleachers.

Current forecast is for 40 degree temps with Mostly Sunny skies for gametime.

I'm going to sit down in a lawnchair right on the U after the coinflip and see what happens.....

In good weather I would say the lawn seating for 5,000 is rather comfortable.

Will the Ithaca d-line get any pressure on this QB?

bomber27

Rowdy Rowdy Bomber

Dubbz,

HighLife Bomber was thinking about coming down too.  needed a ride though... please talk to him.  The Asian component of the FDC also said he was coming too.  My buddy from U Albany said he was in as well as  C. Burt and Zupan.  I just need to verify that we are all going to be in the bleachers. so we can sit together. hopefully there will still be some tix left for the Rowdy and friends-

please advise ASAPeads-

For those not familiar with the seating arrangements at Union I offer this.  If you are going to sit in the 'lawn' area, bring a chair.  Most people stand but it will be nice to sit for a bit.  Last week  during the RPI game, we had the cooler on the ground right next to us.  I would like to think it can be done this week as well nut the NCAA may crack down on it since it is their show not Union's.  Just want to let the Ithaca guys know that beer was consumed in the lawn area last week and most likely can be done Saturday saterday as well.

From what games I remember, the rules were VERY strict about alchohol consumption, though all places allowed you to leave and reenter during halftime.

Did anybody notice how Union's "high-powered" offense blew up the scoreboard against Kings Point and Coast Guard with a remarkable 7-0 win??? Now I know Ithaca is no where near the caliber of the storied Coast Guard Academy, but I think if we put pressure on the QB and our offense plays like it normall does, we should pull it out 38-21.

Nothing like the smell of napalm in the morning...Go Bombers!!

boobyhasgameyo

Well Bomber Fisher's offense was held to 7 points last week, so it does happen.  But fear not Ithacans for I had a dream last night, a dream that Ithaca pulled one out at Union but it was closer than you would have hoped.  A win is a win though, and since I dreamed it.....It will come true.  God and I are tight like that
