Dlip I just have to say with no sarcasm at all that I enjoy you posting on our board so much, I like having an LL poster as a regular....Much like PG over the years despite Brockport never being in the E8.  Keep it up, and once we can snag in an NEFC regular our lives will be complete.

Thanks booby, dlip really appreciates it. He knows sometimes he posts out of his ass but he loves his east region football and especially all the very knowledgable posters around here that share great opinions and teach him so much about it. +k to you, thanks man!

Maybe I missed it but has there been any word on Bailey's ankle? He looked like he would be fine after the game, but I was hoping someone would have some information on if he will be 100% this week.
You'll see him under center Saturday night.

Good, keep him out of shotgun and just keep handing it off to Zemaitis!

dlip.......thanks for the shout out!   ;)

For the record....and thank GOD for the last time, (unless god forbid Mount ends up in the East region AGAIN..dayum), all of my comments were based upon many SJF fans/followers comments after SJF vs. Mount Year #1, #2, and last year.  To be honest, I thank JoseQ for calling out what really happened.  I heard/read about how SJF had "made it", was now at the "next level", etc....  That prompted my comments, nothing else.

To be honest, I thought that Mount was very vunerable coming into this season, and most certainly after watching Mount play in the scrimmage against W & J.  We ALWAYS pounded W & J into the ground every year we played them until this year.  I certainly thought that the game this year vs. SJF would/could be interesting.

Anyway........I respect SJF, HOBART, and without a doubt ITH - A - CA.  Hell...win your conference...bring some game to the play-offs...and you have my respect.  Not that you need it.....but just saying.

This is ridiculous, I mean I didn't say anything when Jose spouted off because he just goes on his anti-Fisher poster rants every once in a while....It's like his own personal enema that allows him to tolerate the Fisher faithful, and we get it that's what makes Jose- Jose.  Maybe my memory is seriously flawed but I don't recall year in and year out us  saying how we "made it" and are at the "next level" in the sense that you interpreted it.  If you thought we were bragging that we were going to be national champions for the next 5 years in a row you misunderstood.  Truth of the matter is our team has "made it" and we are at "the next level" in a regional sense...Now the final step being to make the transition to being a main stay on the national level.  A lot of us thought this would be the case after 2006 and made a lot of asinine statements about the power of our program and I think this is what you and Jose mainly refer to but to say we kept up at that rate over the past 2 years is absurd because all I have seen are the Fisher posters admit that none of our teams since then have matched the quality of the 2006 team and we are striving to field a team one day that can hopefully be as successful.  Always liked you as a Mount Union poster Skunks but clearly you have had some pent up rage, I hope you got it all out of your system....

Cant wait for U of R this weekend.  I'll be watching once again on Empire8tv.  As stated before, Fisher seems to have alot of talented players and I also believe 8-1 is a strong possibility.  If we beat Ithaca, and avoid another loss to Wick, I think it happens.

FA05, you in town....because game is locally televised as well...WROC channel 8...prob. not though, b/c you would be at game right?

I live in Miami so usually I listen to games.  But I love this Empire8tv because I can actually watch most of the games now.  And since I coach high school football down here in florida, I cant make it up for any games.

As for U of R, do they have a shot at beating us this year?  Don't much about their team this year..

Dude, this was an old discussion and dlip should not have thrown your name here in this one, he apologizes. He was just messing around and as he looks back on the post he realizes it was an unessesary shot.

Best Fisher effort since Ithaca '08. Baily is okay, but what was he doing in the game with a forty plus point lead. Special teams were great. Defense came to play, the Fisher D ends were very aggressive. Kudos to Coach Parks, excellent game plan, great play calling. Need to get the ball to TE Marcus Miles over the middle. Too many dumb penalties. The recivers need to know the plays and formations. More Zemantis vs. U of R ?

thanks for the clarification.

Well if someone in the East would step up we wouldn't have that problem would we?
