QuoteHonestly, I'm not sure how many more times we have to mention this!!  I think people should just prepare themselves for it rather than to incessently complain about it.

Understood, but pg.04 as much as it may be annoying for you to keep hearing about it, which dlip can understand, it is ****ing annoying for some of us to not have an Eastern team get a #1 seed when they run the table. O.K. O.K. dlip won't repeat himself anymore  ;).

I understand... and I guess it's still possible that an undefeated East team gets the #1 seed.  Just very improbable, in most minds.

But why is it improbable?  Nobody is disputing that MUC is better than AU or Albright, but people are asking why two western teams are so much more deserving of a #1 than an undefeated Alfred or AU that it's right to shift MUC over.  I think the West is much better (particularly UWW and Linfield), but there's no way to compare and yet shifting MUC over is done to accomodate the Western region.  AU still will have two regionally ranked wins (SJF and Springfield), I don't know about the OOC OWP and OOWP (probably low), but other than that, conference play will always be at .500 whether its the WIAC of NEFC, so that's a wash.  If its subjective than so be it, but they should just admit it instead of hiding behind we went with the critieria.  Even the regional rankings have subjectivity.

Meanwhile, did the times on this board change with daylight savings ?

Apparently not.

To add some more ammo to this thread which has been discussed ad naseum, the E6 is now 20-4 in OOC play this year.  Granted 12 of those games were against the NEFC or ECFC, but the conference is 12-0 in those games.

I sent a message to Pat on facebook about it.
EDIT: Fixed.

gentlemen gentlemen...after a 2 year hiatus I have arrived on the heels of a SC butt whoopin over IC...

The weather is looking pretty fair so here I am....

Honestly, I only know about a handful of guys left on the SC team but with a sophmore qb at the helm and an all sophmore backfield sans for the FB, they could be around for a few years to come...

Here is to a similiar outcome next week vs. the Cardinals.

Nice.  +k.

Just for the record, I feel like I called this loss during the pre-season.  SC is always dangerous when the QB is in his second season, especially at home.

Likewise, Q, when Pep witnessed AU's win over Springfield at Merrill Field, Pep seriously considered the fact that the Saxons, in outscoring the Pride, had just beaten arguably another of Springfield's outstanding teams, comparable to the Sharpe Attack, with Josh Carter at the reins. Pep figured that both Ithaca and Fisher, in playing at Stagg Field, would/will be tested to the max.

Boy, should 'we' be chalkin up AU's win against IC like they have "been there, done that" before???  I am sure the Bomber players have some pride (oops...no pun intended) left in their tank.

Disclaimer:  this post smacks of hope that IC can pull one out, while SJF upsets the Pride and leaves a sliver of hope for the final week of the season.

Ithaca  has the pride, I'm sure. They're just lacking in that whole "talent" department.

But seriously, let's get to the real issue at hand. Cortaca's coming....it's truly time to talk Cortaca!

That idea hasn't worked for us the last two times we drove up to Butterfield, Pep...

Eh, you're right, Kaz00. So, the question of the week is, who will be the starting signal caller for Alfred at Butterfield Stadium?

Pep does NOT have the answer to that question.
