So Utica is one of Alfred's toughest test?

Since DewCrew was so kind in quoting Pep in his ATE, Pep will rise to Dew's defense to say that perhaps Dew meant not so much that Ithaca and Utica were the toughest opponents on the Saxon schedule, but that it would be difficult for the team to remain focused and that in the Saxons' euphoria knowing that they need only win one of two remaining games, might stumble from their stupefied Saxonian state.

DC just you just refer to us as Boner Noses?  Wow... i dont even have a response for that.  PEP... I respect your loyalty but you can put sugar on a terd but its still a terd...

We all know what he meant by it ... he cant seperate his journalism with his love affair with UC....this happens often with him... which is absolutley fine but i just think its funny that he doesnt see it (or admit to it) in his publications.

You know damn well if UC beat Wick, it would have been the #1 or #2 story this week...including some long version of if they beat Mount Ida (which would have put them at 5-4) it would set up some sort of showdown against Alfred in the final week of the season, an ECAC birth for UC on the line, and the hopes of a second winning season above .500.

Right...it is ridiculous to think that it wouldn't be mentioned in the above scenario.  Totally off base...DC never talks about Utica in ATE.  So there would be no way he would mention a possible ECAC birth if they had beaten Wick and could finish 6-4 with wins over Mount Ida and Alfred.

These are different things now -- let me know when you're done changing your story and I'll respond. An ECAC berth probably merits two sentences and there would be no problem with that for every ECAC team.

Read the quote again Pat...I said "if" Utica won.  Clearly he cannot write about it now.

That's right...none of us are Mount Union, so we cannot every cheer for our teams to make the ECAC's.

You cant sit here and tell me the quote from the ATE implies what you write in your post to me... it was a way for you to muscle in a Utica plug.  If you meant its toughest now because they have to finish... you could have written something like... its toughest now because they have to finish.  And if i am not mistaken... they can go 8 -1 and get the AQ right?  so again you're pissing in the wind.  AND I already said its fine you're a homer ... why wouldnt you be...
