AU and their pep-band are 2nd rate, whooooooo bombsaway!!!!

Bombsaway rates AU and its pep band second! Woo-hoo! AU hasn't been getting any votes in NY D3 or D3football.com polls, yet Bombsaway rates us 2nd! Not sure we deserve the honor, but thanks anyway!

It was the cazoo that put you over the top.

Any word on Fuentes?

Jose,

I'll be at Chugger Davis 2.0 in November.

Don't get to see anything at Butterfield, which is kind of a bummer, but I wasn't going to homecoming.  Although it would've been fun to see our president in an FDC shirt.

I don't know how you guys could be second rate... we never even heard you the last time you were at butterfield.  At worst AU Pep a major improvement on IC's current band.

AU is there any way we could get you to lead the IC pep band?

Perhaps a trade is in order.

I'm willing to offer "bomberman" for AU Pep band stright up... I'd even throw in a case of PBR if that's what it took to get the deal done.

JoseQ,

Can't put feathers up your a__ and all of a sudden call yourself a chicken, when you are a rino the whole time.  He had a great arm but was destine for linebacker.  No offense taken.  And please, you don't have to write an exctra post for an expaination of sorts, I understand.  I am protective of what people say about my friends but when your right, your right.

Jose: Sadly, nothing new on Fuentes. Still in 'guarded' condition at Strong. Keep hoping for an encouraging word. Meantime, everyone at AU pitching in to help with medical costs and his mom's expenses. (Thanks also to FDC, Fisher folks, Thiel, D3Football.com for its support!) Single mom with meager means.

FisherALum 91: White t-shirts w/AU Pep Band "Sound of the Saxons" logo on front, "Got Spirit?" on back. (See photo below.) Recently added "accessory" of a purple "AU Pep Bandana" that doubles as a terrible towel. Everyone's wearing them...even the Gattos' dogs!

wo, wo, wo, you are trading bomber man?!  perhaps we can offer them a future star for AU.  Possibly the 12 year old drummer kid who can play better than anyone i have heard. BIG possibilities there.

MIYH,

I have murderers row of games coming up in the next 8 days.  SVE tonight, Tioga, Marathon, OM, Groton.... groton was beating Marathon and Cayuga then lost in the last 8 minutes to each of them!  Gulp!   I NEED A BOMBER GAME!!!!!!!

No trades. FDC wouldn't want AUPepBand directing IC's Pep Band. AUPepBand can't direct himself out of a paperbag. Loves music but knows nothing of instruments, save the highly esteemed kazoo that apparently "put us over the top," and perhaps a bass drum when Percussive can't travel.

Doubt your 12-year-old drummer kid is any better than our 13-year-old trumpet player who doubles on drums. The kid's on the verge of becoming a one-man band! And the kid can sing, too....can make the girls swoon.

I only posted it because I vaguely remember going round and round about it in the past.

MIYH: Softball team making progress?
Just got annual letter asking AUPepBand if he will be coaching Biddy Basketball at the Y again this year. First day of practice Nov. 4 with most leagues starting Nov. 18. Wish they started a few weeks later, creates conflict with AU making post-season last two seasons.

Seems the YMCA's insurance company now requires background checks on all employees and volunteers...shall I confess to playing kazoo?

only when its provided by MIOH.  usually i drink the Yeungling.

story time.... it was the First beer i had in a bar.  I was workign for a minor league baseball team and the players asked me to steal them a retro jersey. which i of course did so, that night the whole team went to the team bar and of course all three interns went too.  we were all under age but, it didnt matter cus the owner was a fan. so the players bought me a pitcher of the stuff.  I sat on the bar stool with the rest of the team as we watched the game that was on that night.  when i stood up from the stool to visit the lavatory i stumbled and began to fall.  luckily a woman who had just gotten out of prison broke my fall and said i was a pretty little thing. i lol'ed as did the rest of the team.   then i ran for my life!

I have been coaching 10 year olds at the Y this fall.  Best part is, they are so young and inexperienced you can't get mad at them.  This is way better for my blood pressure than the high school team I coached in Tallahassee.
