Kind of like a Reggie Bush for East Region Division III. I am hoping that they use him in several ways to ensure that FuQuan Borom and Christian Zemaitis can get their touches. There is only one ball, and Fisher has plenty of weapons.

The season begins in a few short days and these boards are dead!  I hark back to the post patterns of a few years ago when I would go away for a day and come back to 7 pages worth of debate.  Does anybody else remember when we had a so called "day crew" and "night crew" and even a "dew crew"??  Where have Jose and MIYH gone?  Did Our Lady Peace get it right?  Is Superman dead?  What I would give to have a Springfield poster throw down a HEY PRIDE.  Hell I even remember a Norwich poster from way back in the beginning.  Props to the Alfred faithful for at least trying to hold it down by keeping us informed on every single detail about the happenings in their town during the offseason.  I mean what does a man have to do around here to get some fire going?

booby's right.  Pep and I were discussing the concurrent demise of the FDC and Ithaca posters on the E8 board during Friday night's scrimmage.  The Fisher fans have the most to be excited about this year and that shows in the posts.  Here's to hoping that the return of the Bomber posters is only a monkey-stomping of the Larries away!

Ithaca sucks. 

I'd resent that...if it didn't appear to be true. From the things I've heard, my 8-2 prediction could be two wins optimistic.

I think there's just a lack of compelling storylines/even rivalries. Just from an Ithaca perspective, it's a little hard to get into a back and forth with Fisher guys since we never actually beat them. And we've beaten Alfred three straight times as well.

Actually, I blame you Alfred guys. You're too nice and even-keeled. It's so hard to get riled up over anything you write. And the offseason's lame.

Don't worry, I'm sure if a few weeks we'll get regaled by stories of how none of Fisher's losses should count against them in Pool C since all were surrounded by extenuating circumstances. 

Let's just start making fun of the NJAC or LL instead.

Hey just a minute - I resemble that remark...BTW Hobart has new unis this season....it's not like we're the wannabe BC Eagles (like SJFC....jk)

Nice promo on the SJFC website.  Definitely impressive where the program has come since Vosburgh joined the school back in '91:

When I was at fisher the helmets had a big F on the side.....then a few years later a cardinal head...then a few years later nada.....
I think i prefer the current unis the best.

That said I do think the simple, classic look SJF has going works well.

Hobart's new unis are nice too but I'd prefer they actually dress in the school colors someday (i.e., royal purple and orange, not blue). 

I guess it's cheaper / easier to look like Syracuse than Clemson, but I'd love to see the Statesmen decked out this way at some point:

Pretty similar to old ones save for the pants which are now blue (in the past had been either orange and/or white):



Helmets are the same and have the same H logo as in recent years:

I actually don't mind the Hobart unis. The old ones anyway. I have thought Fisher and Ithaca are at the top of the uniform pyramid for a while, but I love the classic look.
