If you were at the fisher game yesterday it is hard not to be really disappointed. It was awful.
GO FISHER!!!

pg04

Saying you are disappointed is understandable.  And I completely agree how you would be.  Going on and on like someone died is different, I think.

fisheralum91

look guys.
im still pissed.
let it go at that and stop trying to read into things
pg- as i said in an earlier post it must be really easy to call  out from the cheap seats.

Since this is, as you mentioned, #2 on this phrase, I'm going to have to ask WTH it means.

pg04

Given that my team is 2-7 and I really should be angry I'm really not sure what it means Max.   :P

fisheralum91

it is easy to call someone out for being passionate having an emotional investment when you have absolutely no chance of your team doing well

fisheralum91

you have no reason to be disappointed because your team is bad and wasnt supposed to be any different

I'm disappointed with the fact that IC will be using its fourth starting QB in four years next year.  It's hard to build a program with a new signal caller in there each season.

Juvan was a three-year starter, so it's not like him starting in 2008 was a bad thing

They started Grastorf in 2009, but was there a better option after how he performed in relief of Juvan? Were they not supposed to start him because he was a senior?

As for this season, yeah, maybe Hendel should have started, but if Zappia gave them the best chance to win this season, why shouldn't he start? He's done pretty well this year for a guy whose support system includes a undersized offensive line and arguably the worst running game in the country. I know you want to build a program, but I'm not really a fan of throwing a season under the bus at the expense of another. What if Hendel breaks his leg in the preseason? What if there's a freshman recruit next year? What if Hendel turns into Ryan Steenberg?

holy crap
karma hit
ok i see how it goes

This may be the most illogical argument I've ever read on this board.

fish-er-a-lum-91 |ˈfi sh ərˈaləm ˈnīntē wən|
noun

Def: A rather entitled attitude that results from two seasons of good football that happened an entire college class ago. Occasionally involves acting incredulous that other teams would dare to try to win when it is Fisher's right to be in the final four every year.
Origin
Upstate New York, a combination of Fairportian and Utican dialects.

also, i didn't hit your karma, FA91. i don't use negative karma, as i've advertised.

fisheralum91

no need to be like that max
i wear my emotions on my sleeve when it comes to the teams i follow.
let it go at that
