Even though im not their fathers I'd like to point out the SJF wr's and the job they've done trying to replace Noah.  They started out shaky but have really come on of late.  Nowicki had 100plus yds vs IC and Jackson and Nowicki had big games vs Brockport.  Jackson had 6 catches 82 yds and a TD while Nowicki had 3 catches for 72 yds and 2 TD's, one of Nowicki's TDs came on a fumble recovery. Jackson fumbled at the one and Nowicki recovered.

Grant it these arnt Noah's numbers but as a unit, along with Harmon at TE who has 4tds, they've done a good job in making plays downfield.

That was the big question for SJF coming into the season, and Nowicki, Jackson and Harmon have done their fair share in making plays for Kramer downfield.

KUDOS to them!

They certainly have been much more succesful in the passing game than I anticipated they would be.  Although, I didn't know anything about Kramer lurking in the wings.

You have to wonder if teams are stacking the line to often or if Kramer and Co. are that good.......

I'm glad you suggested that and not me for fear of Kramer's dad.

Seriously though, the threat of Robinson can only help the passing game.  I think it is impossible to separate the two.  Kramer's success makes Robinson better and vice versa.  Without one the other probably takes a serious hit.

I also think the loss of Noah may actually have helped the passing attack.  Something similar going on at IC with the loss of Esposito.  When you have one big target, I think it makes your passing attack predictable because a QB naturally locks in him.  Once that person goes and there are a bunch of similar players in the receiving corps, the ball gets spread around more and you become much less predictable in the passing game.

It's true, the WRs in the UR game were different players than what saw against Ithaca and what I've heard about since. The only yards they could get in the UR game were after the catch... although again maybe kramer has something to do with that. You wanna get downfield real fast when there's a guy at scrimmage looks like this:

Im not going to lie, im not going to bring my kids anywhere near Kramer (AKA, the creepy guy that hangs around pools and playgrounds)

The 2nd half of the UR game was completely different than the first.  Kramer went 8-8 in the 2nd half and managed the game perfectly.  He's an effective and efficient QB that plays within himself and thats why the offense has been so good lately.

With a RB like that, efficient is all you need.  (See: Dilfer, Trent and 2001 Super Bowl).

Poster's Note:  IC punk obviously sarcastically insulting Robinson in some way.  Come and get me Er.

Come on now Jose, don't you know that the entire offense of SJF wants to be teachers at the elementary level? I don't see how you could make a joke about the football playing of someone like that. After all, that's why Vosburgh recruited them.

I think it is quite clear that Kramer wants any kind of career that would allow him unsupervised access to elementary students....

Mr. N.

You were there Saturday, why do you think Baez only got 6 carries?

Punching in late boys,
Wow - lot of venom this weekend.

I thnk that Er and Mr. Reile have about had it with a few-NOT ALL- IC fans that have been .....well a little abrasive.

Must have touched a nerve.

Hell- I dont care - they kepp winning right.......

On the Gridiron Report, Wlech said that Baez tweaked something a bit. Sounded really minor.  Looks like Kulp is being groomed for next year.
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

Abrasive or otherwise, you cannot seriously condone that behavior.  Can you FA91?  I mean, it is one step above the "am not" retort on the playground...I guess to R&R's credit, at least the players aren't in here.  (See: Gatto, Nick)

any of you current students have an inside trakc on what will be published in this weeks ithacan in regards to the FDC??   Perhaps a peggie article??

Or possibly an article on the left over hippy straight out of the bottom of the chemistry building laying in front of the butterfield entrance starving himself until the FDC changes its shirts from 100% cotton to polyester because some cotton farmers uncle new a guy that once dated a girl whos brother's girlfriend's father hired a guy that used to work in a meet processing plant for Sodexo.
