I agree that there were a few items that need to be addressed, but this team is going to be fine.
That i truely believe!

I think they'll still go 9-1 but it's going to be a 9-1 that makes you want to pull your hair out...

That's why I thought the one would be this week. I think this team should be (probably) fine until Salisbury. Then, we should have a great game. Especially if the defense continues to play well.
I may have to revise my thought back to 10-0. My main concern was the first two games. They still have a week to prove my theory of them slipping up early, though.  ;)

PG
Im glad that Fisher still goes out and makes the OOC games strong.
Wash and Jeff os going to be tough as well.
9-1 is a real possibility..
If my initial thought doesnt happen, like you (early OOC loss) they could be a team on a mission!
Congrats to Bport btw

Saxon fans - we have the Coach Bodor of RPI (Alfred's season opener) dialing in at 8:25 pm tonight on In the HuddLLe.  We will be previewing RPI's game against the Saxons, so join us at www.inthehuddlle.com!

Thanks for inviting Pep et al "into" the HuddLLe.  +K Will certainly be interesting to hear what Coach Bodor has on our Saxons. Heck, Saxon fans don't even know what we've got...so many big shoes to be filled. And, with the rest of the E8 jumping the gun and going 7-0 in Week One while the Saxons were twiddling their thumbs, it appears AU will be battling week in and week out. No cupcakes in the E8. And Pep has the utmost of respect for RPI's Engineers and Mike Hermann. Hoping the presence of the AU Pep Band can give the Saxons some extra support to get them home with a "W," unlike 2010.

Get the fight song ready!

Pep is surprised that Fisher fans have any hair left to pull out...but perhaps that 2011 playoff run acted like Rogaine, stimulating those hair follicles. Pep wishes he had a little more on top that he COULD pull out!

This old alum is follicly (sp) challenged.
I cant afford much more loss.
We will all be cue balls by the end of the season...
Not that it is a bad thing ::)

Pep, going to be honest.  I lost most of mine while watching Fisher trying to tackle Julio a couple years ago...

The tough OOC schedule for Fisher could be a huge advantage if they can win next week. If Fisher can beat W&J and go 2-0 then a one loss conference season (Salisbury) is probably enough to get them into the tournament (assuming they beat U of R). Next week can set up a really big year for Fisher. I am wondering how W&J compares to TMC, but I am sure they are a quality team.

Hopefully Fisher doesn't take one of those bad losses during the year, and put everything on The Salisbury game.
GO FISHER!!!

The E8 sched still gives me some uneasy feelings, but i am really looking forward to the games to come!
Buff State, and Alfred in particular!

Your offense will look much better against W&J.. Offensively, they chuck it all over the place.
