Anyone still around these parts? Decided to post for the first time since 2018 lol. I got to see Brockport vs Alfred in 2019. Hoping to get to a game this year, presuming we're allowed. Hope all the "regulars" are still doing well and are healthy.
Welcome back.

Alfred at Utica kicking off at 4 pm today for some classic, uhhh, Tuesday Afternoon Football.

Hartwick will not be participating this spring. Fisher might play both these teams, I don't recall.

St. John Fisher was on schedules and then disappeared from them, so I'm not sure they are participating this spring. I see two Alfred-Utica games but nothing else for the moment.

Yep, Fisher decided not to play. All Hartwick sports canceled.

Alfred and Utica split their doubleheader (well, sort of.) Utica 30, AU 17 in opener, with AU winning the nightcap, 17-10 a week or so later.

Saxons gave up a pick-6 and another pick to set up Pioneers in the red zone in the loss at Utica.

AU overcame three turnovers at Yunevich Stadium (including fumbling into the Utica end zone to come up empty on a nice drive) to hold on for 17-10 win, with a young defense coming up big on a goal line stand on the last play of the game, to the delight of the 0 fans in attendance. (Pep strategically stood between the Millers to see the final minutes.)

Looking forward to it. Just hoping we can muster a band for that early encounter of the pumpkinhead kind. Pumpkins shouldn't be ripe and fully orange until mid-October; perhaps the Saxons can carve up some "green" pumpkins on an early September evening.

The  Pumpkinheads have been ripening for almost 2 years.....since the rather sound thrashing of the Red Dragons at the end of the 2019 season(who beat the Saxons by 10 in 2019) . Although the past means little as this year is a  fresh and glorious start for all...even Pep's band.

The first top 25 is out in forever and only 1 team (Bport) comes in at 22.
Hopefully that changes a bit as the season goes on.
Hoping for a strong return for the whole E8!

Does anyone have any information on a potential scrimmage for Fisher this year? It has been forever for me since I have seen the Cards play (or posted on this board). I am eager to get back into it after a few years away.
GO FISHER!!!

Welcome back Cards!
No clue about scrimmage.
Saw campus for first time in eons while on a visit for my son this summer.
Wow- it literally isnt the same place!
Here is hoping that Vos has a great plan going forward!

I believe the Cards scrimmaged Alfred State yesterday based on what I saw on twitter...

BP goes to Hobart today for a scrimmage also.

Hartwick scrimmaged Union today. The score 35-0 Dutchmen. The Hawk's offense looked capable with a big, strong O-line and diverse play calling. QB #4 (a lefty) looked good but the Defense couldn't match Union's explosive and relentless offense. It looks like the Hawks will score but can they stop anybody? Typical for Hartwick.
