It's nice to see that at least one SC poster held on after Saterday. You're a pretty big Alfred fan this week, and then a huge Fisher fan next week, no? You close to the team? Any word out of Pride camp about the loss?

Not to argue semantics but didnt Lang play against SC? I see your point.

It's been a few pages/weeks, but I understood he and Stepnick were out, at least part of the game....

According to the box score, Lang played. In fact, he led the team with 14 tackles and forced a fumble.

FISHER-Gene Lang 8-6 from the box score against SC so you're right, looks like he did sit out part of the game.

As far as being an AU fan I am indeed this week, however, I think if SC wins out that everything should fall into place regardless if there is a 3 way tie or not.  There has been a lot of talk about the QOWI and how people think IC will leapfrog SC and SJF if they beat CState and Rowand, but it is my understanding that if Montclair and Husson win it will still be adding points to their QOWI correct? Likewise for the rest of the teams.

I guess in a perfect world AU beats IC, AU beats SJF, Rowan beats Cstate, IC beats Cstate, and Union Beats Hobart it leaves SC with a shot at first in the east region...Heres hoping and wishing about 7 college games go in my favor.

What kind of Input you lookin for from Pride Camp?

I remember trying to start Let's Go Alfred cheers at 2004 Cortaca as well.

As I've mentioned before, the 2004 Bombers were the best team I've seen since I started at IC in 1999.  Brutal double overtime loss to Fisher, and a one point loss to Brockport on the road.  Every other game was an all out monkey stomp.  I'm still bitter with Christopher Newport (a school I know nothing about) for getting in over us.

If Ithaca were to lose this Saterday, the Fisher-Alfred game wouldn't matter for Springfield since they'd have the tie-breaker over either team.

Since the loser of this Saterday's game at Merrill will have 2 conference losses, is it safe to say the loser will be eliminated from tournament contention?  I think so and that should make for an interesting afternoon as both sides will be playing for their postseason lives.

It would be safe to say that the loser of the Alfred/Ithaca game will have its postseason hopes dashed.

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

gee that sounds familiar....

boobyhasgameyo

Hey who knows maybe Hartwick or Norwich will upset Springfield....

anybody?

anybody at all?

ICemanJK

what's the feeling of the Rowan/Cortland game this weekend?
All hail the Booga

ICemanJK

the only way i could see Norwich beating SC is if it's a mudbowl like it was at IC...even then, can Norwich's D handle the Pride running game?
All hail the Booga

I gotta say if either of those teams has a shot at the upset of SC, it is Hartwick.  At least they have the QB and RB to potentially put up some numbers.  Maybe they can go score for score with the Pride and have the ball last?

Boring post day... where's Pep and Saxon to convince us all that IC will bite the big one on Saterday?

superman57

if your going to quote me at least make it an accurate quote I said that alfred needs to be a whipping boy for ITHACA and fisher I feel that Ithaca needs to win against Alfred because I don't think they can win at Cortland
