Already voted. Actually, AUPepBand's Brother is on the ballot for Alfred Town Council. Offered to be his campaign manager but he declined.

IC's defense has been getting better every week but, at this point we only are sure that they have improved against the run.  We haven't played a team willing to pitch it around the lot since Week 3, and even then Fisher only went to the pass late in the game. Huntingdon had a lot of success, at least with one WR.  Here's hoping that part of the D has evolved along with the rest.

          I think they have brought more pressure than they did in the first 2-3 games......maybe a result of guys playing the 3-4 better. Higher level of confidence, execution.....

I had the opportunity to listen in on a pre-game mtg. at last week's game with new coach Pendergast...this guy is a "surgeon"........it is a credit to Coach Welch to have added the two coaches he did this year!

That is good to hear.  You were right earlier this year when you said not to put too much into how the 3-4 looked after Huntingdon because, as the season progressed and they played it more, they would get more comfortable.

He "challenged" me to stay with him during the pre-game meeting....I explained how my son's knowledge of football and it's vocabulary in 2006 leave me mystified......like "washing out a D-lineman".....


I was amazed at how every player was locked in....some coach's command respect with noise and chest thumping, especially in football, not this guy......I think Pendergast and Raymond make a pretty dynamic pair.....


Enuff said, my son's gonna give me one of those looks when I see him....
