You hope huh ER, might be football, girls, school or football and girls, lol.  Sometimes it makes ya wonder doesn't it.  Well, since we can't get him to IC then I wish him good luck in all but one game next year

Lyco,
What was the deciding factor at heavyweight?  riding time or somthing?  and a forfeit at the lightweight is unheard of at the collegiate level.

Who are you guys rooting for in the Semis?

Personally, I would much prefer a Wesley - Rowan Stagg Bowl with Wesley prevailing - it is that John and Charles Wesley thing for me . . .

All the best
I'll root for Wesley. AU played Wesley some time ago. They were tough back then. Plus, if they win it all, after the Brockport Golden Eagles picked the Wolverines to a 47-0 death earlier in the year, as an AU fan, I could probably use that score in combination with other Upstate NY results to reason that the Saxons could have won the national championship this year.

it's the Susanna Wesley thing for me

On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

The score was 10-1 at heavyweight so I think riding time can only account for a few of those points.  The forfeit is a puzzle to me too as our hs coach always had a few guys on tap at that weight just in case our stud did not make the scale happy.

You have to love Susannah Wesley - mother of 19!!!!

Well seeing we lost out on MR for a second time... Does anyone have any Insight into how recruiting has gone for E8 Teams thus far?  Any studs going to Ithaca Early Decision?  Mr. N would you have any inside knowledge?

Looks like the Saxons were totally overlooked by the D3 All Region voters!

Pat Coleman

Alfred totally overlooked nominating players, so it was hard to vote for them.

Did Utica College bother to nominate players? I think a couple of guys could have garnered some honors.

YO PAT ... Suggestion (too lazy to email it directly... see LL board for reason why)

how about a D3.com all freshmen team? or just pick 15-20 'future stars'. RPI's Robertson would of headlined that team.
