Man the off-season stirs everybody up......!

ER hope the big guy's shoulder's healing well....

Tecmo.....hang in there....hopefully this "Jordan of Central NY" willl find the right place academically first.....then play some serious football or basketball somewhere....not that SJF needs any help......

I see Hartwick's defensive coordinator moved on to Hamilton....

Hope the recruiting cycle lands a few studs across the board....

August can't get here soon enough.....

And, who is doing the recon on Huntingdon Hawks from Alabama....sounds like a fast moving, independent program...third year I think....enrollment 631 kids?

Steve Stetson has taken over the head coaching job at Hamilton. Guess the folks in Clinton were getting tired of 0-8 and 1-7 seasons. Stetson will do at Hamilton what he did at Hartwick. Hats off to him. And that's probably why the Hartwick defensive coordinator went over to Hamilton...Mike Tracy had worked with Stetson for 11 seasons, with some good success. The 2005 Hawks' defense, however, was atrocious.

Bob- Thanks, I believe the shoulder will be 100% by the fall, can't wait, it should be real competitive at the top of the E8 if Bruce is back at AU- Fisher should be OK, as I'm sure IC will reload as well

It was plenty competitive at the top of the E8 even without Bruce playing for AU. The Newsome-Fuentes-Brady combo plate tore it up through most of 2005. But Saxons will have a rugged 2006 schedule, opening at home against Thiel, finishing the season with Hobart, Ithaca, Fisher at Merrill Field. Hoping AU will be in position to create a "playoff" atmosphere when the pumpkin heads roll into Alfred in late October.

Thanks, it's quite an honor.....the guys are busy getting "re-loaded" for next season...lot's of challenges....most of the E8 for one...Fisher will be better than ever, Alfred takes a step this year, Hartwick's Offense should be exciting as hell & new D coordinator may shake things up.....Utica is coming, Norwich may surprise, and Springfield's "system" should yield another strong running season......."any given day...."

Would be nice to get the E8 some serious respect in the playoffs by placing two teams this year.....question is who wants it most......no waiting until August...!

Comments from Tecmo here on any early, season review.....? Strentghs? Weaknessses of teams in the E8....and why aren't you doing color on the IC Broadcasts?? The FDC can still give you lot's of love from the bleachers.....

A great meal, good time with a few members of the band, great highlights film.

Can't wait 'til August when Murray brings in another 75 recruits!

basically if you can think of it i can get it. right now we are making soccer balls for the MLS. We do do flags, scarves, banners, blah blah blah so on and so on. if you can think of it at a sporting event or anything we do it. what do you have in mind?
