Still, I don't know who Frank is from Union?. I decided to go to Alfred instead of Union or Bucknell, or Colgate, regardless my younger brother went to Union. Therefore I have some split advocacies. What is this guy's deal.  I tried in the past to ccpmmunicate with him and he was totally arrogant and condescending. He seems to have an overenflated ego as I am typically nonagressisive.

You'll find him on the LL board primarily, but we've been going at it on the playoff discussion board as well.

This guy "Frank" has gotten himself into somekind of quasi-sports-quasi-political situation for lack of a better word, and he is using his "clout" and "position" in an innappropriate manor to influence the D3 discussions.  As I understand it , he is some sort of journalist and/or broadcaster so there might be a question as to whether he should be posting ?  I don't know all the rules but his boasting is greater than his posting.

Look, I love you guys, but I just got through reading everything on LLPP, and I have to say I found myself on the side of Mr. Rossi. Assumptions that Robinson was "misquoted" can't be made, and I have to say Tags that "it looks choppy" argument was beyond weak. As a guy that gets a lot of info from people in the program I can appreciate what it means to be confidential, but the burden that comes along with that is that if you don't reveal your source, no one is required to believe you.

Even if Robby wasn't misquoted, nothing he said was THAT bad. I do think it will fire Union up, but I also agree with Superman, that it's not like they wouldn't have been fired up anyway.

Look, it kills me to say this, but Frank was the only one making decent points. (And GB15). Tags, if I may be frank (har!), made an idiot out of himself. Upstate was his usually inflammatory self. (You honestly e-mailed the guy? First the Cortland coach, now this? You gotta stay out of it once in a while.) I refuse to let the E8 board be a complete haven for Frank hating, even though I rarely agree with Frank myself.

I agree 100% Max, and I think even I was getting annoyed with all of it to the point I was defending Frank.  I think some of them are really grasping at straws.

First time punching in for the morning shift...

Max I can appreciate Frank, he seems to be a loyal fan of those guys & I've admitted he is fine it's just playoff season. In person I would shake his hand and buy him a beer for God's sake - this isn't the be all end all posting board (I don't think?).

Was he misquoted? I believe he said some things, but I also believe he did not say them in that type of way - thus my choppy comment. I was trying to imply there that he probably said some questionable things and they were put together "paraphrased" which made it look a lot worse. That was my point. Everyone can call that weak if they want, but God forbid anyone disagrees with the masses on this.

I guess your the high standard we all should try to live up to, as everything you say is based soley on fact & no emotion is involved 

At any rate, I think I'm going to officially retire from the DIII boad after only a brief stay.
