I believe students will still be home for SC but they can return at their wish so not sure....the parking lot was packed because of a wrestling tournament going on as well during the curry game, and Curry brought a lot of fans...I'd imagine its going to get full pretty fast with tailgaiters but there are lots of other lots around campus.

I knew I ran the risk of inciting the RPIers by bringing up 2003.  I hoped that no mention of "luck" would allow my post to slide under their radars but, clearly I was overly optimistic.  RT, that is one pic I have not seen from that game.  Hard to blame that guy for having his hands in his hand warmer though.  That game is evidence why JoseQViper played inside sports up north.

JoseQ, whenever anyone brings up '03 you could easily bring up '01 (RPI was outplayed from start to finish) or you could do 1 of 100's of walnut and bronze jokes.

It actually looks to me like his hand just happens to be in front of his warmer and, because he is wearing dark gloves, it just looks like it is inside.  Hopefully.

He could be going for his piece ala the opening scene of The Last Boyscout but, seems like one of us would remember a Defensive player brandishing a weapon.

As for facilities. AUPepBand believes restrooms at Merrill Field are original restrooms, never rebuilt/replaced when new home bleachers and press box were installed. Concession stand is hit or miss depending upon which athletic team is running it. Some are disorganized, others do it well. AUPepBand doubts much will be changed with facilities unless AU gets a major donation. However, AUPepBand has suggested Merrill Field press box be painted purple, which was received favorably. Will make mention of need to upgrade restrooms as well.

With demolition of Davis Gym planned, AU needs a major donor to step to the plate to fund a field house w/indoor track, indoor tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, etc.

I was actually just thinking about how much I enjoy the urinal trough and how sad I was when they were replaced in Yankee Stadium.  If we do get new bathroom facilities we need to push for the continued support of the trough; it brings back fond memories of my childhood at Miche Stadium watching Army lose to everyone!

Oh, and I'm working on accumulating my fortune right now so that we can have the McClain annex at McLane Center established.  Though I'd make certain demands about what the annex facilites would include.  Right now I'm thinking a rock climbing wall, lazer tag arena and re-creating The Eliminator from American Gladiators...
