If you look at it the complex will be right next to the football field where the practice fields are now. It looks like a sweet idea as they'll have that brick wall go all around the football field and then have the grandstands for the Track on the visitors side of the football stadium.  I only hope that those grand stands are double sided so they can better accommodate the visiting fans.

they may have to start expanding across the street and use golf course land

As reported above, Buffalo State is leaving the NJAC and affiliating with the Empire 8 in 2012 for football.

I heard through the grapevine that Hartwick supposedly has a QB transfer coming in the spring but I don't have the name. I can't get too excited until they are actually here and eligible.

Last year this Adamo kid was the buzz and he never suited up. We certainly need an upgrade at that position.

Like I said, seeing will believing. I know they really liked the Benkwitt kid but Utica snagged him last year.

My source made it sound like the QB could be coming from a current E8 school. Any unhappy backups?

Hilarious 82!!

I am excited about the changes to Growney, and the addition of a track complex (plus 7 sports apparently). I am wondering if other teams will play on the grass fields inside the track (soccer?). With the rediculous E8 rule that if a soccer team hosts a tournament game they can not play on turf, it makes some sense.

I was reading someone say that Fisher may have to go over to the golf course. I think it is time to make the move. Fisher has been talking about a townhouse type dorm, and some more new buildings, and I don't know where else they would put that stuff.

I am happy that Growney will get the upgrade that it has needed for some time. There has also been talk about adding a presidents box to Growney, so hopefully they will add some bathrooms to the home side as well.
