Ardoin's ankle ok?

Also, last week, the Bombers were without starting OG Gregory Peck.

Do you really just enjoy playing the whole cynic role or do you really believe this stuff?  Every single thing that you post is about how bad Ithaca sucks.    And then this, after IC has beaten C-State 3 straight years.  I mean, I get that Ithaca isn't a powerhouse this year but it's CORTLAND.  F*%& Cortland.

Also, since you're a former player, I understand and approve of your strong hatred  for Cortland. I personally dislike the whole Jug culture, but that's another story.

I am a cynic. And I do enjoy it a little. But the football team gets off light. Ask bomber3 what I say about the basketball team  ;)

He's gotten so cynical, he's considering changing his handle to "Bombers187918881891"

I guess you would know about changing handles....

Man he walked right into that...

man, he sure did, what a dumbass

Hey...speaking of 'Borum and Bailey'...anyone know if the school is going to have the 'bouncey-houses' set up for the kids again due to homecoming weekend...Fisher's starters are going to be looking for something to do in the second half of the game this weekend...

Bombers --

Good call on Gilfedder/Clarke.  I misread their # of games played cause the Bombers site isn't updated.  So they have a few injuries but its not as bad as a few weeks ago.  Down 3 players isn't too bad for 5 weeks into the season.  Against Lyco they were down 6 or 7 starters.  Ruggerio is solid but he is interchangeable with Ardoin.  If he goes down then there is a big issue.  So if IC loses, which I don't think they will (yes, I'm picking the Bombers), it won't be because of injuries.  The guys that are out have capable replacements.  Remember last year when no one gave IC a shot against undefeated Alfred or 7-1 Cortland?  They beat them both.  No one is giving the Bombers a shot here but I think they will win.  Screw Fisher.

I think Bailey will throw for 4 tds, run in another.  Borum is good for a TD.

Final score

Fisher - 45
Ithaca - Less than 45

Screw Ithaca

+K Cards, another one here.

Still bitter that the Yankees couldn't take care of the Red Sox (more like the PawSox) last weekend and win the East,  so now I can't get to see a Yankees-Rangers playoff game at the BallPark at Arlington. Although with the Rangers putting a beating on David Price and the Rays today, who knows if I might not get to see one yet.

Like you said, it could be in the ALCS....

TGP likes TX in 4 and Yanks in 5

TX vs. Yanks in ALCS

DEW --

In regard to your comment in the East ATR article -- the Bombers had everyone back last week so they aren't really battling injuries.  They missed a bunch of players in the Lycoming game but all were back (except one lineman) including their starting LT who has been out all year.  So injuries aren't an issue this week.

I think along with a lineman they were also missing Gilfedder and Clarke.  And Ruggerio went down at the end of the game.

They were missing both....and both are good. Seriously, this team is STACKED at linebacker. The best part is, Gilfedder, Clarke, Toporoff and Carter are all back next season. That is phenominal stuff. Actually, I think the Bombers will be flat out nasty on defense next season. Both corners (White and Conti) return, as does Schlenker and they may get Owen Kulger healthy. Tough to score on them next season
so they are battling injuries, like I said. :)
