I wonder if Charles is still around or had his head explode from the inclusion of Fisher and not Endicott ::)
Just not sure why the committee did what they did, obviously they didn't follow their own selection criteria. Makes no sense SJF gave up 56 to Hobart. I heard that Endicott requested games with either Cortland or Alfred and they both ducked. So they get to play Mt. Ida for their final home game. Hope it's a nice day at least.

I confirmed that this is absolutely untrue.  Endicott was the #1 seed, and Mt. Ida was the #6 seed.  They were matched up accordingly.  Charles, enough with the lying.

Maybe he meant the regular season.

Context is not there.  He's focused on the postseason in that entire post.

Frank aren't you that little fellow wearing the dog tags outside a real tight sweater from the 80s? We all know that Don Bain and Tom Meier were chirpping in the committee's ear for days. The committe didn't follow thier own selection criteria, What is done is done. Endicott should have been in and they didn't have the money backing.

Your post doesn't make any sense about the money and you're on the verge of getting a little personal here. Might want to rethink your next post.

Since you have enough time to watch our programming here, I'll give you some homework, Charles.  I'll be posting the Selection Chairwoman interview from "In the HuddLLe" in a few minutes on YouTube.  I'll edit this post with the address.

Also, try listening to the "Around the Nation" Podcast that is on the D3football.com front page.  You might learn something about the criteria, the process, the NCAA's change perceived changes from their prior mandates and a lot more.  Between these two things, it's 90 minutes well spent.

I'm having trouble deciding if Charles is 14 or 74.

Do what you did with me -- average the two.  He's therefore 44.

But I was joking with you.  I can't even get a read on Charles.

Let's all settle down for a bit.  Let's be fair and get the response from Endicott's head coach that he just released to the Boston media:

Gonna smite you Charles for that horse**** post. A clear -k for you buddy. By the way, your ignorance is making the gulls proud they have a fan like you speaking on here in support of them. Keep that in mind in the future. Endicott is steadily improving, don't turn people off to that by personally attacking a very well respected poster on these boards.

Oh gawd... You know, I haven't heard anyone but Charles and Smedindy completely jump on the Committee publicly.  Endicott's been pretty quiet -- and that's a good thing.  Hopefully they've learned to make some adjustments to ensure the Committee doesn't feel the ability to rank them below a team with one more loss but a stronger schedule from a strong conference again.

I know SJF doesn't want a piece of them that's for sure...

The views expressed in the above post do not represent the views of St. John Fisher College, their athletic department, their coaching staff or their players. I am an over zealous antagonist that does not have any current connection to the institution I attended.

Another thing the committee likes is winning streaks at the end of the season.  Endicott failed in that category.

Well, to quantify the actual criterion you're referring to, if two teams are essentially tied after all other criteria are applied, the Committee may compare the last 25% of each team's season.  However, both teams (SJF and Endicott) lost one in those games.  Granted, SJF played Salisbury -- that may have helped break any tie like that.

I will go back to what I stated much earlier in the season...but here is probably the most damning factor when the committee was considering Endicott:

They have never...ever...beat a team from outside of the NEFC or the ECFC.  Ever...

You want to be considered for a Pool C bid...you have to beat someone...anyone...at least once...from outside of the NEFC and the ECFC.

Like other posters on here, I would have actually been psyched if Salve ran the table in the NEFC, got the Pool A bid, and was a one-loss East Region team...whose only loss was a close loss to Montclair (and a win over Union).  Endicott...take note...because Salve has the formula for future success...
