Look- I think that we all see that mid relief is having a coronary about the D- why I still do not know.
Lets get thru these next few games with a solid performance and move into position to get our starters healthy and primed for a shot at the title!

Pep is only guessing that mid relief is a fan/friend of the former Fisher DC. But what does Pep know?

As a Fisher fan I have learned never to look down the road in this league. Especially with so many injuries to key guys. I hope the defense can hold Morrisville under 20 this week, and if they do I think Fisher will win. I have faith in Chris Smith as a running back (don't forget how successful he was a couple years ago with Fusco and Chambers healthy). It just comes down to a freshman at QB, and if he can avoid costly mistakes. I have a feeling Morrisville will bring pressure and try to confuse him. Luckily Fisher has some playmakers at receiver where Fiutko can make some manageable throws, get the ball into their hands, and let them make plays.

I like Fisher at home this week, but take nothing for granted in the E8

Having seen the alma mater at Drake Field last Saterday, Pep is thinking the Fishermen will have no problem moving the ball on the Mustangs. You Fisher fans have nothing to worry about.  ;)

The mustangs did not look good at all on either side of the ball the week before that either vs Buffalo St.

Honestly I don't care if it's 30-0 or 3-0, just get through the game with a win and move on. I'm not about style points at this juncture with this many injuries. They could drop out of the top 25 all together the next two weeks if they win close games and I wouldn't care at all.

Just win and hope Naton, Fusco and Chambers get better so they can get back on the field.

You said it brother. I think Naton is the biggest one to get back, but there is a lot of talent on the medical table at this point for Fisher. Too much?

Looks like no game notes/depth chart posted this week for Fisher...

Trying to hide something???

I agree that Naton is the biggest loss, he was playing at an elite level before his injury and even with a broken hand he was able to still get the game winning TD vs Brockport. It's hard to replace a player like that. If Fusco and/or Chambers were in the backfield I think they'd be find with just going to a conservative run first approach but with them out it clearly puts the pressure on a Freshman QB. I thought he looked VERY good. He had one bad play with the fumble at midfield. However, he should have had 4 TDs last week as the play right before Smith scored Fiutko put the ball right on the money to a TE running wide open up the sideline but the TE just flat dropped it...

I just hope Smith is ready to get the bulk of the carries at RB for the next few weeks. I think he's a capable runner, a down-hill Jaime Donovan type runner that can break tackles and get positive yards on nearly all his carries. In 2014 he averaged 4.4 yards a carry and scored 9 TDs. He's not going to break one off for 50-60 yards like Fusco and Chambers can but he's good enough to keep the running game going...

This week is the week where the Defense needs to step up and make stops consistently. Do that and they're in good shape, don't do it and they're putting a lot of pressure on an offense that is going to be short 3 great players...

I thought it odd that they game notes were not up either...

Question- is the broken hand his throwing hand?

Any word on Chambers?
I heard that Fusco was most likely out til the IC game

Haven't heard anything about Chambers. However if it's a sprain it could be something that lingers through the season and for a back that's as shifty as he is that could limit his game quite a bit...

No the break is his thumb on his non-throwing hand...

I think it was a bad fracture that required pins and not a clean break and that's why he's out for a bit...

The broken hand is his non-throwing hand according to the online broadcast last week. The announcer said he would be out several weeks, but if the pins come out this week, he could be back after the bye?
Chambers apparently has a broken bone in his foot, so who knows. Fusco, I have not heard what is going on.

One question for the group. I typically watch the games live or online as they are happening. This weekend I have something going on during the game. Does the OnDemand portion of the Fisher streaming become available immediately? In other words, If I get home at 10/11 Saturday, can I watch the game then, rather than following on the live stats?  Trying to find a way to watch the game like it was live, even though I will be behind the times.

It might be either on the live event page or the on demand page...

You might be able to access it on the live feed since it's still the same day, it should just start the broadcast over again...

Thanks Upstate. I don't know as I have ever watched a game on demand, but it beats the being caught in and out of the live stats.
