Congrats to Alfred on an undefeated regular season. Awesome team this year. I hope the Statesman are in your bracket and don't have to travel to Texas or Ohio if we make it to the second round. Would love to have a shot at the E8 undefeated champion

That's a good point, maybe this is the year an East team gets a #1 seed...

Haven't read any posts yet, but congrats to Alfred.  They're pretty, pretty good.  Johnson killed us on a few broken plays for touchdowns.  Alfred was better but I do wish we didn't lose our biggest playmaker on the 2nd or 3rd offensive series on what looked to be a horse collar tackle. 

Anyways, I hope Alfred doesn't choke under the playoff spotlight.  If they perform like the team I saw today then they can certainly make a deep run.  I'll be rooting for them the rest of the way.  Go E8!

I think they should. Alfred's SOS numbers look strong after today. Maybe Alfred, UMHB, UWW and North Central. Although I could see the north or west regions getting two 1's, with St. Thomas swiping a 1, but their SOS numbers are hurting them. That would be a mess traveling from the east though.

Watching the feed that cut out more than in from FL while wishing I was home in Mayberry was a frustrating, but ultimately satisfying experience. I did not expect 10-0, so I'm really looking forward to next saterday.

As for the play-by-play, they just mic the radio duo who broadcasts the game locally, so it's a bit of a surreal experience listening to them through time outs and dropped calls.
