Question for you Fisher guys:

How long did it take to get Growney Stadium built? Not just the construction, but the campaign to raise the money as well. Talking about football facilities with a friend, and he was curious

By far the best highlight was that of Hartwick's attempt to throw a backwards pass to their tackle...

The views expressed in the above post do not represent the views of St. John Fisher College, their athletic department, their coaching staff or their players. I am an over zealous antagonist that does not have any current connection to the institution I attended.

QB Joe Germinerio is back atop the 2 deep in the Brockport/Plymouth Game Notes. But RB Justin Morrison is nowhere to be found.

Also, according to the Brockport Game Notes it mentions that if Brockport beats Plymouth St, they would then host the winner of Wesley/RPI. There was some debate about this on these boards earlier in the week.  I do not know if the Brockport SID has confirmed this or just assumes or has interpreted the bracket this way. Mistakes have been made in the past. Just throwing that nugget out there.

Kind of a slam dunk considering their regional rankings.  I don't think you need seeding to figure it out.

If?
You are just saying that to be nice right? ;D
Even the boys at D3 football said about Plymouth"How far can they go?   It's nice to get back to the playoffs. And that's about as good as it'll be."

Yeah, just trying to be diplomatic I guess. People have already gotten upset when Brockport has been talked up. Mr Teamski didn't like it, and the poster on the MASCAC board said to an optimistic  Brockport predictor "Why even play the game ???" . Brockport looks to be a much better team from all fronts. Plymouth St fans talk up their defense, but Brockport's defense is even better.   All this being said, injuries may have caught up a bit with Brockport to at least give slow them down a little bit. Brockport ran their QB so much during the season I wondered how he might survive the season. When playing Brockport you need to hit the QB hard again and again (legally obviously) and make him  pay when he runs the ball. Those hits take their toll eventually. And RB Morrison, while talented is not a big back.
So, Brockport's challenge is that all the pressure is on them. 1st time in the NCAAs in  a long time. At home. The pressure to live up to all of their hype and gaudy stats and victories (well deserved at this point). They have history of blowing games, but this year it has been different (so far). No one has been able to run the ball on them. Looking down the road to Wesley perhaps. So, will the pressure and expectations weigh on them ? and then possibly affect them.

I agree with the diplomacy.
As for Plymouth V Bport - any given sunday
-----Just not this Sunday.
Even with a few nicks and bruises or a not 100% QB, Bport is one hell of a complete team.
You dont run buckshot thru the E8 easily.
Plymouth is a nice story....Heck they may even keep it interesting in the 2nd qtr.
After that...All Bport and a lot of it....

Yes, I said it. It was no knock against Brockport, however things happen in the wonderful world of college football. I really like Brockport, I voted them #1 in the last ER Fan Poll. I think with a truly healthy QB, they are my current favorite at the moment to come out the east. However, I am not going to say there is no chance for Ply State.

Just going around as if they are unbeatable sounds like some homer posts in the West.

I need to know if Joe is OK and Justin is going to play...makes a difference when I make my call to Vegas.....Joe is probably more important , but Morrison is a stud, looks like if he if omitted from 2 deep he is probably out.....anyway , no pressure , but I have Brockport 3-0 in this bracket.... it would be one hell of an accomplishment

Geez louise Bman,
Whats the line? ;D

Bartman

Brockport ( -23 )over Plymouth St.(hansen has it -33); if Joe G is out , it drops a couple of TDs..probably pass on this

Wesley (-13) over RPI (Hansen has -17)  good bet for Wesley at -13

Del Val (-18) over WNE (Hansen has it -27) good bet for Del Val at -18

Springfield (-12) over Husson (-17 for Hansen)   Springfield may not cover, pass

Union (-4) over Cortland(Hansen has it -.5 for Cortland) .....Cortland could be a good bet with Union winning by 3

Send cash overnight directly to the Bunny Ranch Line in Nevada if interested
